Hyper Meta-Rilldo

General Rilldo was once an ordinary alien, later restructured into a Machine Mutant by Dr. Myuu to serve as the supreme commander of the Machine Mutant armies on Planet M-2. Loyal and merciless, he acted as both executioner and enforcer of Myuu’s will, eliminating failures within the ranks such as Dolltaki and overseeing the capture of intruders who threatened the secrecy of M-2.

When intruders infiltrated the planet, Rilldo dispatched the Sigma Force to deal with them, but upon their defeat he engaged personally. His power was immense, his very presence overwhelming enough to be compared to legendary terrors of the past. With his Metal Breath ability, he could transmute living beings into metal, rendering them helpless while sending them away for study under Dr. Myuu’s control. Trunks fell victim to this technique, showing how dangerous Rilldo’s power truly was.

In battle, Rilldo demonstrated strength that surpassed even the most infamous threats of history. Goku, forced into a serious fight, recognized the Machine Mutant General’s might as extraordinary. Even so, Rilldo’s raw power alone was not enough, and he was pressed when facing a transformed opponent.

Unwilling to accept defeat, Rilldo revealed his ultimate adaptation. Drawing the remains of the Sigma Force into his body, he fused with their components and abilities, evolving into Hyper Meta Rilldo. In this state, his body became encased in armor and enhanced machinery, his strength rising to heights that allowed him to battle far longer against his foe. This transformation marked him as Dr. Myuu’s most advanced creation—an ever-evolving Machine Mutant built for domination.

Appearance: In his Hyper Meta form, Rilldo’s body is transformed into a towering, armored frame with sleek metallic plating. His armor is red, blue, and black, with reinforced limbs designed for both mobility and power. A massive drill replaces one of his arms, acting as both a devastating weapon and a symbol of his Machine Mutant enhancements. His face is masked with a red helm and blue visor, giving him a cold, mechanical visage. Large wing-like thrusters extend from his back, completing his imposing silhouette and granting him aerial maneuverability.

Personality: Hyper Meta Rilldo is cold, disciplined, and absolutely loyal to Dr. Myuu’s designs. He speaks with the authority of a commander, often direct and calculating, viewing others as either tools or obstacles to be dismantled. He takes pride in his Machine Mutant evolution, seeing himself as the pinnacle of mechanical adaptation and superiority over organic life.

He has little patience for weakness or failure, responding with swift judgment and ruthless efficiency. His manner is intimidating, precise, and confident—though beneath his stoic exterior lies a relentless drive to prove the dominance of Machine Mutants.

Abilities: Flight – The ability to fly through his cyber powers.

Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.

Arm Cannon - Hyper Meta-Rilldo's right drill arm contains a hidden arm cannon which he attempts to fire.

Metal Breath – In all of his forms, Rilldo has the ability to turn anything into metal by firing a green beam out of his mouth. Interestingly enough, this beam seems to negate the victims ability to use ki.

Hyper Meta-Rilldo Punch – After calling the name of the attack, Rilldo's left hand changes into a drill that expands as it moves forward, tearing everything apart that it hits.
