Eis Shenron

Eis Shenron is the Three-Star Shadow Dragon, born from the negative energy tied to the wish that erased the memories of Majin Buu’s rampage from Earth’s people while leaving Goku and his allies untouched. He appears after Nuova Shenron’s battle with Goku has already begun, revealing himself as Nuova’s twin brother and elemental opposite. Where Nuova commands fire and fights with honor, Eis uses ice, ambush tactics, and cruelty, immediately disrupting the duel rather than allowing it to continue fairly.

Eis pressures Nuova to finish Goku and mocks his brother’s restraint, then takes matters into his own hands when Nuova refuses to fight dishonorably. He attacks Pan and Giru, uses his freezing power to cripple Goku’s arm, and later blinds Goku by freezing his eyes, trying to win through dirty tactics instead of direct strength. Even with Goku injured, Eis keeps pushing the advantage through cold-based attacks and trickery while holding the Three-Star Dragon Ball as part of the Shadow Dragons’ corrupted power.

Appearance: Eis Shenron has aqua-green skin and a tall, lean, athletic draconic humanoid build with long limbs, a narrow waist, broad shoulders, and clawed hands and feet. He has a sharp horned head with a central crest, swept-back fin-like sections, pointed ears, pale blue eyes, and an open mouth with sharp teeth. His body is covered in smooth teal armor-like plating, with lighter green sections across the chest, abdomen, shoulders, forearms, thighs, and shins, plus darker green areas around the torso and joints. Large bat-like wings extend from his back, with teal outer frames, pointed upper tips, and dark blue inner membranes. His arms and legs have segmented plating with angular edges around the elbows, knees, ankles, and wrists. His hands have black nails, and his feet end in talon-like toes with dark claws.

Personality: Eis Shenron is cruel, cowardly, and underhanded, using dirty tactics whenever a fair fight turns against him. He mocks honor as weakness, especially in Nuova Shenron, and prefers sneak attacks, blinding tricks, hostage pressure, and sudden betrayals over direct warrior pride. His arrogance is strong when he believes he has control, but he quickly becomes desperate when that control breaks.

His most important relation is with Nuova Shenron, his younger twin brother and elemental opposite. Eis controls ice while Nuova controls fire, and their personalities clash as sharply as their powers. He also opposes Goku and Pan during the Shadow Dragon conflict, treating Goku’s fairness and Nuova’s restraint as things to exploit rather than respect.

Eis Shenron’s power is based on ice, cold air, and dirty counterattacks. He can freeze opponents with Ice Ray, fire stronger freezing beams with Super Ice Ray, and release cold-force strikes through Kiai. His signature technique is Ice Claw, where he forms long blades of ice from his fingers, sharp enough to cut through a skyscraper. Maniacal Blinding Slash uses those claws to strike at an enemy’s eyes and leave them blinded. He can also use Whirlgig to grab and swing an opponent around, Brutal Knock-Back to smash them away, and Ice Cannon, where he turns his hand into a cannon-like blast using the Three-Star Dragon Ball inside his arm.
