Duplicate Vegeta

Duplicate Vegeta is a powerful entity created when the sentient alien substance known as Commeson absorbs Vegeta’s energy and genetic structure, forging a near-perfect clone in his image. This replication occurs on the planet Potofu, where Commeson—designed originally as a containment and defense mechanism—develops the ability to mimic and embody the traits of any lifeform it consumes. Upon draining Vegeta, Commeson forms a solid clone with identical physical attributes, fighting prowess, and combat instincts.

Appearance: Duplicate Vegeta possesses a tall, muscular build identical to the real Vegeta, but his body is entirely composed of a glossy, malleable purple substance characteristic of Commeson. His skin reflects light with a wet, liquid sheen, making his form appear semi-fluid despite being solid. His hair retains the iconic upward spike style of Vegeta’s Super Saiyan form, but it too is composed of the same purple material, tapering into smooth, hardened spikes. His eyes glow a menacing red with black sclera, adding to his intimidating expression. He wears no clothing, yet his body forms a sculpted, armor-like contour around the chest, legs, and boots, mimicking Vegeta's standard battle armor.

Personality: Duplicate Vegeta inherits many core aspects of the original Vegeta’s personality, but manifests them in a more aggressive and untempered form. Created through Commeson’s absorption of Vegeta’s energy and essence, the clone embodies Vegeta’s pride, ruthlessness, and superiority complex as they existed during his earlier, more brutal years. He relishes in domination over weaker foes and exudes a cold, authoritarian demeanor, confident in his strength and dismissive of all he considers beneath him. Unlike a mere puppet, Duplicate Vegeta fully believes himself to be the authentic version—declaring the true Vegeta as obsolete and unworthy of the name.

He retains the original's fierce rivalry with Goku, driven by the same obsession to surpass him. This competitive drive overrules Commeson's original programming, as Duplicate Vegeta refuses to absorb Goku’s power, desiring instead to earn victory through his own might. This independent spirit echoes Vegeta’s disdain for shortcuts or artificial strength, and further distances the clone from the behavior of typical Commeson creations.

Despite his origin as a synthetic construct, Duplicate Vegeta is not devoid of inner conflict. When Duplicate Gryll demands he absorb Trunks, he hesitates, momentarily restrained by the vestiges of paternal instinct carried over from the true Vegeta. However, these inherited emotions are not strong enough to liberate him from Commeson’s core influence. Ultimately, Duplicate Vegeta is a volatile reflection of the Saiyan prince's darker instincts and ambitions—free-thinking, vicious, and unrelenting in his desire to claim supremacy as the one and only Vegeta.

Abilities: Flight - The ability to fly without the use of ki.

Godly ki - Due to absorbing all of Vegeta's power, Duplicate Vegeta can utilize Godly ki in his Super Saiyan Blue form.

Final Blow - Duplicate Vegeta launches himself forward, and in an instant, delivers a hard punch to the opponent's stomach.

Galick Gun - To utilize it, Duplicate Vegeta curls his fingers and places both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he shouts "Galick Gun!" and thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from his hands and body. It is capable of destroying large planets if enough power is put into it.

Continuous Energy Bullet - A barrage of ki blasts used by Duplicate Vegeta.

Niagara Pummel - Duplicate Vegeta punches his opponent up into the air before pummeling them mercilessly down into the ground.

Clone Rush - Duplicate Vegeta fires a Continuous Energy Bullet at his opponent. He then flies around his opponent while delivering a series of fast rush attacks. He will follow up with a Double Axe Handle.

Double Axe Handle - The user cups their hands together and reels back, then slams their fists on the opponent. The Double Axe Handle is typically used after knocking the opponent into the air to smash them into the ground, inflicting further damage.

Absorption - Being a copy of Commeson, Duplicate Vegeta has the ability to absorb others into Commeson's being, in order to create Commeson copies of them.

Commeson is a liquid weapon, taking the form of a dense, purple goo, created by the inhabitants of Planet Potaufeu for the planet's self-defense against invaders. Commeson appears as a purple liquid, but with its core resembling a yellow crystal. Commeson has no personality of its own aside from a desire to absorb all living things, with each duplicate of people it has absorbed taking on the personality of the person that it duplicates - along with Commeson's desire. This can however result in duplicates betraying the core Commeson, as was the case with Duplicate Vegeta.
