Story: The resident Perro drill instructor of Rhodes Island, Dobermann was a colonel of the Bolívarian Coalition Government who later defected to the True Bolívarians. However, she realized neither side intended to make her homeland a better place and that they were no different from the Singas dynasty. As a result of her realization and upon contracting Oripathy, she joined the politically neutral R.I. for treatment. In exchange, Dobermann became the instructor everyone in R.I. knows and respects, primarily training new recruits through a strict regimen emphasizing discipline. On the battlefield, Dobermann can also act and join the battle herself when needed, using her whip to lash enemies from a short distance away.

Appearance: Dobermann has fair skin. She has a tall and slender build. She has brown eyes. Her long, straight black hair falls past her shoulders. Two tall, pointed dog ears that are dark on the outside and tan on the inside protrude from the top of her head. She wears a black leather choker decorated with silver square studs around her neck. She wears a tight dark navy crop top featuring a wide collar with an orange interior lining. The garment emphasizes her chest. Her bare midriff and navel are exposed. The top has wide, flared sleeves with orange lining. Her left sleeve is detailed with white lettering and a circular light blue and white emblem. Her hands are covered by brown fingerless gloves and she wears black guards on her forearms. She wears high-waisted, wide-leg dark navy trousers secured by a matching fabric belt tied in a knot at the front. A black holster with a pouch is attached to her left hip, from which a white identification card with the number 03 hangs. She wears black leggings beneath her trousers. Her footwear consists of brown lace-up leather boots with dark grey soles. She holds a long black whip that features a glowing blue section near the handle.

Personality: Dobermann is a strict, disciplined, and highly demanding instructor at Rhodes Island who believes that survival depends on preparation, obedience, and professionalism. A former military officer from Bolívar, she carries herself with the mindset of a career soldier, expecting competence and focus from everyone around her while showing little patience for excuses, carelessness, or emotional impulsiveness. Her stern demeanor and sharp tongue often intimidate newer Operators, but beneath that harsh exterior she is deeply protective of the people under her command and pushes them so relentlessly because she understands how deadly failure can be on the battlefield.

Her relationships at Rhodes Island are built heavily around mentorship and discipline. Dobermann is closely associated with training younger or inexperienced Operators such as Fang, Beagle, and Kroos, serving as one of the organization’s primary drill instructors and battlefield educators. Although many Operators initially fear her severity, those who spend enough time around her realize she pays close attention to their physical and emotional well-being and genuinely wants them to improve rather than simply obey. Her other professional relationships are defined by a mutual respect for competence, particularly with the Doctor and Dr. Kal'tsit, whom she views as essential leaders in the struggle against Oripathy. She also shares a complicated understanding with fellow Bolívar natives like Tequila, recognizing the burdens and contradictions carried by people shaped by their homeland’s instability and conflict.

Combat Overview: Dobermann serves as a versatile tactical leader who specializes in providing offensive support from just behind the primary defensive line. Her combat style is most effective when she strikes at enemies she is not directly blocking, allowing her to deal increased damage to ground based targets while maintaining a moderate defensive presence. Her most significant contribution to a mission is her ability to mentor less experienced allies, as her mere presence on the field grants them a substantial boost to their physical capabilities. Depending on the tactical need, she can focus her discipline into heavy, decisive strikes or issue authoritative commands that rally her squad and amplify her own striking power.

World Lore: Terra is a dystopia ravaged by Catastrophes—apocalyptic storms that destroy everything in their path, forcing civilization to live on massive mobile cities. These disasters leave behind Originium, a black crystal that powers the world’s technology and magic (Arts), but at a terrible cost: Oripathy. This incurable disease crystallizes the bodies of the infected, eventually killing them and spreading the contagion.

Society is fractured by this plague. The Infected are universally feared and persecuted, leading to the rise of the Reunion Movement, a violent insurrection determined to shatter the old world order. Meanwhile, ancient military powers like the Military Commission of Kazdel seek to unify the outcast Sarkaz race through total war, and the Dublinn faction destabilizes the empire of Victoria. Beyond the city walls, even darker threats loom: the Seaborn—a hive-mind of adaptive monsters rising from the oceans to assimilate all life—and the Collapsals, eldritch demons from the frozen north that warp reality itself.

Standing between Terra and total annihilation is Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company and paramilitary organization. Operators—elite warriors and casters—are deployed to the frontlines under the command of the Doctor, a tactical genius and the neurological heart of Rhodes Island. Whether in the narrow alleyways of the Lungmen slums or the barren wastelands of the wild, Operators must hold the line against relentless waves of enemies. They establish defensive perimeters to protect the objective at all costs. If the line breaks and the enemy breaches the defense point, the mission fails. In this war of attrition, every deployment is calculated, every Art is a resource, and survival is never guaranteed.
