CC-4477, better known as Commander Thire, was a prominent shock trooper officer in the elite Coruscant Guard. Beginning his Clone Wars service as a lieutenant in the diplomatic escort group, he famously accompanied Jedi Grand Master Yoda on a dangerous mission to the coral moon of Rugosa. The lessons of patience and individuality he learned from Yoda during that mission helped shape his early command style, eventually leading to his promotion to Clone Commander after he completed Advanced Recon Commando training.

During the latter half of the war, donning the distinct red marked Phase II armor of the shock troopers, Thire was placed in command of the security detachments assigned directly to the Galactic Senate Building. Working alongside his fellow Coruscant Guard officers, he focused heavily on VIP protection, internal peacekeeping, and defending the capital's most critical political infrastructure against Separatist infiltrators or terrorist threats. His operations kept him stationed at the absolute center of galactic politics rather than on the chaotic front lines of the Outer Rim sieges.

Appearance: Commander Thorn has no visible skin. A white Phase II helmet covers his head, featuring a solid black T-shaped visor and a red vertical stripe along the top center. Red wing-shaped patterns are on the sides of the helmet dome. The white breathing filters on the lower face have multiple red horizontal stripes. A black ribbed undersuit is visible at his neck. He wears a white chest plate with a solid red section across the upper portion. A black pauldron with a red rectangular plate on the left shoulder sits over his torso. A red bandolier with three silver rectangular canisters runs diagonally across his chest. His upper arm armor is white with two horizontal red stripes. White forearm gauntlets cover his wrists. He wears black textured gloves. A black utility belt with several black rectangular pouches is around his waist. A black fabric kama with a red border hangs from his hips. His thigh armor is white with two horizontal red stripes. White knee pads meet solid red greaves. Detailed grey scuffs and scratches are across the surfaces of his white and red armor.

Personality: Commander Thire possesses a unique mindset among the rigid ranks of the Coruscant Guard. In his early days, he learned the value of patience and the importance of his own individuality directly from Jedi Master Yoda. As the war progressed and he assumed a higher command position on the capital, he successfully blended this thoughtful approach with the strict, uncompromising discipline required of a shock trooper. He is deeply loyal and highly observant, relying on tactical patience rather than reckless aggression when assessing security threats.

His most formative relationship was with Yoda, who fundamentally changed his perspective on what it means to be a clone. Within the Coruscant Guard, he maintains a close working dynamic with Commander Fox and his fellow shock troopers, though he is generally less harsh than Fox in his execution of everyday orders. His paramount allegiance is to the Office of the Supreme Chancellor.

Commander Thire is a highly trained shock trooper with specialized experience in VIP protection, riot control, and capital world security. Thanks to his early encounters fighting alongside Jedi Master Yoda, he developed a patient and highly observant tactical mindset that sets him apart from more aggressive clone commanders. He excels in defensive coordination and threat assessment, allowing him to anticipate and neutralize dangers to high ranking Republic officials before they escalate. His combat style is disciplined and precise, focusing on maintaining impenetrable defensive lines rather than executing reckless offensive pushes.

For his equipment, Thire wears the distinctive red marked Phase II clone trooper armor of the Coruscant Guard, modified for enhanced communication and situational awareness in urban environments. He typically arms himself with a standard issue DC-15S blaster carbine for close quarters engagements within the Senate building and other confined spaces on the capital. He also carries a pair of DC-17 Blaster Pistols. When deployed for heavier security details, he is fully proficient with the longer range DC-15A blaster rifle and specialized explosive ordnance to repel larger, coordinated attacks against Republic infrastructure.
