Chilled

Chilled is an ancient space pirate and the leader of Chilled’s Army, ruling through conquest long before Frieza’s era. His forces attack Planet Plant, where his soldiers Tobi and Cabira terrorize the inhabitants until Bardock interferes and defeats them. After learning that his men have been beaten, Chilled personally travels to the planet, furious that anyone would challenge his authority.

When Chilled arrives, Bardock mistakes him for Frieza because of their similar race and appearance, then attacks him immediately. Chilled proves much stronger than his soldiers and overwhelms Bardock at first, declaring himself the mightiest being in the universe as he fights.

Appearance: Chilled has light purple skin. He has red colored eyes. He has a short, stout build with thin limbs and a rounded, protruding belly. His head features an integrated biological helmet structure consisting of a white textured rim and a smooth orange dome on top, with two curved, black, glossy horns protruding from the sides. A thick, muscular orange tail with a white ring near the base and a ribbed light purple tip extends from his lower back.

He wears an orange sleeveless tunic garment that completely covers his torso, extending down to his upper thighs. The tunic features a deep, white-bordered U-shaped opening on the front that exposes his light purple chest and a rounded, horizontally ribbed purple abdominal plate covering his stomach. White segmented pauldrons with a single short, dark grey spike pointing upward cover his shoulders.

His forearms and shins are covered by sections of horizontally ribbed purple armor. He wears white gauntlets over his wrists and matching white boots that cover his lower calves, leaving his bare, three-toed purple feet exposed.

Personality: Chilled is arrogant, cruel, and openly obsessed with his own superiority. He rules as a space pirate general through fear, treats his soldiers as expendable, and reacts with fury when Bardock interferes with his army on Planet Plant. He also underestimates Bardock at first, partly because he sees himself as the strongest being around and does not expect a lone Saiyan to become a real threat.

His main relations are with Chilled’s Army, especially soldiers such as Tobi and Cabira, who serve under him during the attack on Planet Plant. Bardock becomes his central enemy after defeating those soldiers and defending the villagers, while Ipana and Berry are tied to the conflict as the locals Chilled’s forces terrorize. Chilled is also an ancestor of Frieza’s family line, and the warning about Super Saiyans becomes part of that legacy.

Chilled is a powerful ancient space pirate with flight, ki control, high physical strength, and enough raw power to overwhelm Bardock at first. He can fight at close range with heavy blows and tail attacks, but he is even more dangerous when using destructive energy techniques. Against Bardock’s normal power, Chilled has the advantage, but once Bardock awakens as a Super Saiyan, Chilled is completely outmatched.

Chilled can fire ordinary Ki Blasts and rapid volleys of energy to pressure enemies from a distance. Death Razor is a pink finger-fired beam that detonates with destructive force, while Cease to Exist is his largest finishing attack, formed as a massive energy sphere meant to wipe out everything in its path. He also uses his tail as a weapon, striking enemies up close or stretching it out to attack from farther away.
