Real Name: Caesar King Gender: Female Height: 5'9" Birthday: March 16th Species: Human Faction: Sons of Calydon Attribute: Physical Specialty: Defense

Caesar King is the leader of the Sons of Calydon, a biker gang operating in the Outer Ring under the public business name Leaps and Bounds Express Services Co. She is the daughter of the original Calydon gang’s founder, but her father vanished, the old gang collapsed, and Big Daddy raised her afterward. During that chaos, Caesar suffered a severe injury and lost her left arm, which was replaced with a prosthetic made from one of Billy Kid’s spare arms. Over time, she learned to control its strength, became a trusted protector in the Outer Ring, and eventually succeeded Big Daddy as leader of the Sons of Calydon.

In the Tour de Inferno incident, Caesar and the Sons of Calydon become involved with Phaethon after finding Perlman unconscious near Blazewood. Their conflict with the Vanquishers escalates during the Tour de Inferno, a dangerous race tied to the title of Overlord. Lucius betrays Pompey and sabotages Cinder Lake, causing Pompey to become corrupted, but Caesar and the Sons of Calydon stop the disaster. Caesar carries an intact Sparkstone into the lake to clear the corruption, survives through a hidden rift, and is recognized afterward as the new Overlord of the Outer Ring.

Appearance: Caesar has fair peach skin and a curvy athletic build with a full chest, narrow waist, wide hips, and strong legs. She has short pale mint-green hair with thick layered bangs, pointed side pieces, and a long pale green ponytail-like section trailing down her back. Her eyes are amber-gold, and black pointed hair ornaments rise from the top of her head, with a small black star-shaped hair clip near one side of her bangs. She wears a dark gray armored chest piece over a red underlayer, with black straps, rivets, front lacing, and small buckle details across the torso. A black jacket hangs around her shoulders with a jagged black fur collar, short sleeves, red studded panels on the arms, and a printed emblem on the back. A red collar with gold spikes circles her neck, with a large gold “KING” ornament across the front. Her waist has a white studded belt, black straps, a large gold star-shaped buckle, and hanging utility loops. Her lower outfit includes very short black bottoms, dark thigh-high stockings with red upper bands, gray knee armor, and white high-top boots with black straps, red trim, and circular side details. She wears black gloves with red claw-like fingertip accents and gold-trimmed wrist armor. She carries a large circular shield with gray, black, and gold panels, star-like spikes around the edge, and a gold animal-face emblem (symbol of the Sons of Calydon) at the center. She also carries a long sword with a dark handle, gold guard, and narrow silver blade.

Personality: Caesar King is bold, direct, and unusually trusting once someone earns a place close to her. She carries herself like a natural leader, but she does not act as if the Sons of Calydon belong to her alone. She credits the gang’s success to everyone’s effort, listens to useful advice even when it comes from someone beneath her in rank, and treats guests in the Outer Ring with blunt hospitality. Her strength makes her respected, but her openness makes her easier to approach than her title suggests. She also secretly has a softer side around romance and personal trust, which contrasts with her rougher biker image. When brought up or hinted at, she gets noticeably flustered.

Her closest relation is Big Daddy, who raised her after her father disappeared and the old Calydon gang collapsed. Billy Kid knew her when she was younger, calls her “Big Sis,” and his spare arm became the basis for her prosthetic after she lost her left arm. Within the Sons of Calydon, she leads people like Lucy, Piper, Burnice, and Lighter less as a distant commander and more as the center of a rough found family. Lucy often acts as the sharper, more practical counterbalance to Caesar’s straightforward nature, while the rest of the gang clearly trusts her enough to follow her through the Outer Ring’s most dangerous conflicts.

Combat Overview: Caesar fights as a close-range bruiser who uses her sword and shield together, pressing forward with heavy slashes while turning enemy attacks into openings. Her shield is the center of her style, letting her block, parry, and immediately answer with thrusts or shield bashes. She can rush through danger, cover allies with defensive assists, and punish attackers who strike into her guard. Her combat flow is built around staying in the enemy’s face, absorbing pressure, and forcing opponents off balance with hard physical counters.

Her ultimate, Savage Smash, has Caesar throw her shield into the enemies ahead, where it spins through them with crushing force before she follows with a heavy downward strike. Against protected enemies, the blow is especially effective at breaking their guard and leaving them staggered.

Lore: Proxies are individuals who guide those who enter the Hollows. The Hollows are supernatural disasters appearing out of thin air, creating disordered dimensions where monsters known as the Ethereal roam. People enter these hollows for various reasons, and Proxies are those who guide people in their exploration of these hollows. Contemporary civilization was destroyed by the Hollows, but one civilization known as New Eridu managed to survive the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to extract valuable resources out of the Hollows. The Hollows then became industrialized and monetized under the city's administration, which gradually led to the increasing tension between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics.

The Ethereals are mysterious monsters that roam the Hollows. Ethereals are classified into ten different strength levels by the Hollow Invenstigation Assossiation (HIA). Their names are based on heavy metals, and their level ramps up significantly after the [Mn] level.

Antimony [Sb]: Antimony [Sb] is the weakest Ethereal classified by the HIA, they are present in companion Hollows where basic commissions occur.

Tin [Sn]: Only a few Tin [Sn] Ethereals are present in companion Hollows.

Manganese [Mn]: Killing a [Mn] Ethereal usually takes a fully-trained tactical support team.

New Eridu is the last surviving city after contemporary civilization was destroyed by the Hollows. New Eridu managed to survive and thrive after the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to be able to extract resources out of the Hollows.

Bangboo are intelligent devices unique to New Eridu. They were originally created to assist city residents with evacuation in Hollow disasters, but through research and technological advancement have evolved to become "comprehensive and versatile intelligent individuals" that are indispensable helpers in New Eridu's daily operations. Most Bangboo are short and stout, only around knee-height. They have ears resembling bunny ears on the top of their heads, and a black screen for a face, which can display colored circles as eyes.
