Bulla (GT)

Bulla is the second child of Vegeta and Bulma. She was born into a life of immense wealth and planetary security on Earth. While she inherited the Saiyan bloodline of her father and the fierce intellect of her mother, she shows almost zero interest in the family business of martial arts or saving the galaxy. Instead, she has fully embraced the life of a pampered socialite. She is arguably the most influential person in the Vegeta household because she is the only one who can make the Prince of all Saiyans drop everything to go on a shopping trip.

She spent much of her teenage years acting as a fashion critic for her family, famously being the one to convince Vegeta to shave off his mustache. During the Baby conflict, her life took a dark turn when the Tuffle parasite infected her along with most of the population. Even in this compromised state, she demonstrated that her dormant Saiyan power was significant enough to fuel Baby's evolution. After the Earth was restored, she quickly returned to her status as a fashion icon. She remains a constant reminder that for all of Vegeta’s talk about warrior pride, his greatest vulnerability is his inability to say no to his daughter.

Appearance: Bulla has fair skin. Her eyes are blue. She has straight teal hair that reaches her mid-back, with straight bangs covering her forehead. A wide red headband is worn across the top of her head. She wears circular gold earrings and a thick gold choker around her neck. She wears a red cropped top featuring two small gold buckles on the upper corners. A section of her bare midriff is exposed below the top. Her arms are covered by long red gloves that extend from her hands to her upper arms. A short red mini skirt is fastened with a large, circular gold buckle at the center of the waist. Her legs are encased in red thigh-high boots that end at her upper thighs. A small area of bare skin is visible between the top of the boots and the bottom of the skirt.

Personality: Bulla is the ultimate personification of Saiyan confidence redirected toward the world of high fashion and social status. She possesses a sharp wit and a bold personality that allows her to command any room she enters, whether it is a high-stakes social gala or a trendy boutique in West City. Unlike the rest of her family, she has zero interest in the grueling life of a martial artist, preferring the luxuries and influence afforded by her mother’s global technology empire. She is unapologetically pampered and can be quite demanding, yet she retains a charismatic charm that makes it nearly impossible for the most powerful warriors in the universe to deny her. To Bulla, life is a grand social stage where her appearance and sharp tongue are the only weapons she needs to maintain her dominance.

Her relationships are defined by a unique dynamic of soft power and deep familial loyalty. She is famously the only person capable of making the Prince of all Saiyans, Vegeta, completely abandon his warrior pride to act as her personal chauffeur and shopping assistant. Her bond with her father is rooted in a silent, mutual understanding; she knows she is his greatest treasure and uses that leverage to bring out a softer, more protective side of him that no one else ever sees. With her mother, Bulma, she shares a mutual appreciation for the finer things and a brilliant eye for the Briefs family legacy. Bulla possesses the innate ki control common to her Saiyan bloodline, though she rarely applies it to the grueling training cycles that occupy her father and brother. Her most basic technique is flight, which she rarely uses, preferring to travel by car or walking. While she is capable of manifesting her own Galick Gun, her most notable tactical advantage lies in her unique social influence. In high pressure situations, she can essentially command her father, Vegeta, to unleash a Galick Gun or a Final Flash on her behalf, effectively turning the Prince of all Saiyans into her personal heavy artillery.
