Amelia Morrow was a software engineer employed by the technology company Kinetic Flow, where she helped develop the Life2-Extreme application. When company head Wyatt Harris refused to give her proper credit or compensation, Amelia stole the program’s source code and left the company. She later became involved with Felicia Hardy and used the stolen technology to create Obscura, an application capable of accessing private information and blackmailing people into committing crimes. Adopting the name Bandwidth, Amelia used Obscura to target New York residents while planning to frame Harris for the resulting criminal activity.

Amelia forced Black Cat into a public crime spree and also coerced Mary Jane Watson into stealing financial access codes connected to the Owl. She and Felicia had previously maintained both a criminal partnership and a romantic relationship, but Amelia exploited that history to control her. Her operation required payments to the Owl, whose protection allowed Obscura to continue functioning, while Amelia intended to eventually turn the scheme against both Harris and the criminal interests overseeing her. Jackpot and Black Cat ultimately opposed her operation and prevented her from completing the frame-up.

Appearance: Bandwidth has medium brown skin and a tall, athletic, curvy build with a narrow waist, full breasts, wide hips, and long shapely legs. She has straight jet-black hair cut to shoulder length with a center part framing her face. She has dark brown eyes.

She wears oversized translucent purple visor glasses covering the upper half of her face. A gold septum ring passes through her nose, and medium-sized silver hoop earrings hang from both ears. Her lips are painted a deep plum shade.

She wears a glossy pink full-body bodysuit that fits tightly across her torso, emphasizing sculpted abdominal paneling and segmented contours. Thin neon green lines trace the suit's seams around the chest, waist, hips, and neck. Over it she wears a dark navy high-collared jacket with sharply structured shoulders and long sleeves. The jacket remains open at the front, exposing the upper portion of the bodysuit. Bright neon green circular nodes sit on both sides of the upper chest, each connected to intricate circuit-like green lines extending across the jacket. The lower portion of the jacket flares outward into long split panels decorated with glowing cyan circuit patterns.

She wears gray gloves featuring luminous green circuitry across the backs of the hands and fingers.

Personality: believes Kinetic Flow and Wyatt Harris denied her recognition for her work, then uses Obscura to punish them while enriching herself. Amelia treats blackmail as a practical tool and shows little concern for the people forced into crimes through her app. Her plans are driven by resentment and a desire to prove that the technology belongs to her.

Felicia Hardy is Amelia’s former girlfriend and criminal associate. Amelia uses knowledge from their past relationship to blackmail Felicia into committing a public series of robberies, showing that she values control over any remaining affection between them. Mary Jane Watson becomes another target when Amelia forces her to steal financial codes connected to the Owl.

Wyatt Harris is Amelia’s former employer and the person she blames for taking credit for her work. She intends to frame him for the crimes committed through Obscura. The Owl is tied to her operation through New York’s criminal network, while Black Cat and Jackpot ultimately work together against her scheme.

Bandwidth has no known superhuman powers. She is a highly capable software engineer and hacker who created Obscura from stolen source code, using the application to gather compromising personal information, issue threats, and remotely direct large numbers of blackmailed users.

She is also skilled at concealing her identity, coordinating criminals through digital systems, and manipulating targets through surveillance and private data. Her effectiveness depends on her technology and planning rather than physical combat abilities.
