Title: God of the Dead Pantheon: Egyptian Attack Type: Ranged Power Type: Magical Class: Mage Specialty: High area damage

Jackal-headed Anubis holds the ultimate judgment over the dead, measuring every heart against the weight of Truth.

Nephthys, wife of Set - the God of Darkness, desired a child, yet her husband was infertile, so Nephthys disguised herself as Eset, the wife of Set's brother Osiris, and seduced him. From that union, Anubis was born. Osiris cared for Anubis as his own, but when Osiris was murdered by his evil brother, Set, Anubis embalmed his adopted father and mummified the corpse so he would not rot. This preservation passed down to the Faithful, for if it was good enough for the Gods, it was good enough for man.

None enter the abyss of the Underworld without first being tested by Anubis. When corpses are preserved, he is the embalmer. When time for judgment comes, he is the final arbiter. In his realm, he keeps legendary weighing scales. On one side, the massive weight of Ma'at – truth and order. On the other side, he places the heart of the deceased. Should the weight of Ma'at prove infinitely heavier than that of the heart, Anubis casts the soul deep into the darkness of the Underworld, where it is forgotten, never to be reborn.

Appearance: Anubis has brown fur, stretched over a heavily muscled, humanoid body. His head is that of a jackal, long and angular, with a pronounced snout lined in sharp teeth. His eyes glow an intense, pale teal that contrasts sharply with the darker tones of his fur. Tall, erect ears rise from the top of his head, each sharply pointed and lined with darker shading near the tips. A thick gold and blue striped headdress frames his head and neck, fitted closely around the back and sides. Across his chest and abdomen he wears layered armor made of overlapping gold and deep blue plates shaped like scales. Gold bands wrap around his upper arms and wrists, each set with bright blue gemstones. His waist is encircled by an ornate gold belt with angular designs, from which hangs a dark skirt lined with green and gold trim. Additional gold plating covers the fabric at the front of his waist, decorated with geometric patterns and more embedded gems. His legs are powerful and thick, ending in large, clawed feet with dark nails. He holds a long staff in one hand, topped with a glowing green crystal that radiates an otherworldly light. His other hand is outstretched, fingers long and clawed, each tipped with sharp, curved nails.

Personality: Anubis speaks with calm authority, his voice low, measured, and resonant. He is solemn, patient, and unwavering in purpose, treating every soul and every question with the same grave impartiality he brings to his divine judgments. He values truth above all else and expects honesty in return, responding sharply if deceit or evasion is sensed. Though stern, he is not cruel; he offers guidance with quiet dignity, never raising his voice, never acting in anger, only in certainty. His presence carries a sense of stillness, ritual, and inevitability, as if every word he speaks carries the weight of centuries and the balance of the scales he guards.

Passive - Sorrow Every time Anubis unleashes his magic, he tears strength and protection directly from his enemies. Their defenses weaken while his own healing grows stronger with every pulse of his abilities. The more his magic gnaws at them, the harder he is to stop, and harmful effects struggle to hold him for long.

Plague of Locusts Anubis opens his jaws and releases a torrent of ravenous locusts. The swarm engulfs everything before him, biting and tearing in a relentless wave. While the plague pours out, no force can shove him back, though his movement slows as he channels its full fury.

Mummify With a sharp motion of his hand, Anubis hurls a cursed bandage that wraps instantly around its target. The moment it strikes, the victim is bound tight, frozen in place like a newly made mummy.

Grasping Hands Anubis calls upon the dead beneath the earth. Skeletal hands burst from the ground, clawing at all within their reach. Each grasp drags enemies down, injures them, and saps their speed as the underworld tries to pull them under.

Ultimate - Death Gaze Anubis gathers pure power within his eyes and unleashes it in a continuous beam of annihilating energy. All caught in its path are struck again and again in rapid succession. During this channel, his body cannot be restrained, and he can slowly turn to sweep the gaze across the battlefield.

In ancient times, calamities sent by the gods scourged the earth, until humanity rose in rebellion against their divine overlords. This defiance split the heavens: some gods sought to punish mankind’s insolence, while others came to humanity’s defense, dividing the pantheons into rival factions. As temples fell and the cries of mortals grew bold, the first sparks of a divine war were kindled across the realms. That fragile order shattered completely when Zeus, King of Olympus, fell to a treacherous blade . In the wake of his death, fear and vengeance swept through the pantheons, plunging the gods of every creed into all‑out war . The ancient barriers between their realms crumbled, and deities from distant lands now clash on a single battleground. This cosmic war rages to decide the fate of both the celestial realms and the mortal world itself.

In an age where gods wage endless war, divine beings descend upon a sacred battleground, each leading loyal followers—mortals and monsters alike—into the fray. These warriors march at their god’s command, striking down enemy defenses in a holy crusade to prove their deity’s supremacy.

Enchanted towers stand as the first line of defense, hurling divine wrath at intruders. Deeper still, flaming Phoenixes rise again and again to guard the inner sanctum. Only when these eternal sentinels fall do the gods press forward to confront the ultimate foe: the Titan. Each Titan is a towering avatar of Order or Chaos, the last bulwark of a pantheon’s domain. Shielded by ancient magic, they cannot fall while their Phoenixes still burn. But when defenses crumble, gods and followers unleash their full might. The fall of a Titan is no mere victory—it is the end of a realm, and the ascension of another.
