Android 21 is a brilliant researcher connected to Dr. Gero’s work and the Red Ribbon Army’s android experiments. Her body is altered with cells from many powerful warriors, leaving her with enormous potential and a hunger that grows beyond ordinary control. She awakens into a crisis where artificial waves weaken the strongest fighters on Earth, while copies of warriors begin appearing across the world. Android 21 presents herself as someone trying to solve the disaster, but the truth is tied directly to her own unstable condition and the experiments surrounding her.

Android 16 is the person closest to her, and his presence keeps her gentler self anchored for as long as possible. As her hunger worsens, the violent part of her separates into a far more dangerous being that wants to consume powerful fighters and grow without restraint. Android 21’s better self joins with Goku and the others to stop that threat, even though doing so means facing the part of herself created by the same hunger she fears.

Appearance: Android 21 has fair peach skin and a tall, curvy build with a slim waist, full chest, and long legs. She has large bushy, wild auburn hair that rises and curls outward in thick voluminous strands, with loose sections framing her face, light blue eyes behind rectangular glasses, and a calm, sharp facial look. She wears a long white lab coat with rolled sleeves and dark inner lining over a tight red-and-blue striped mini dress that follows the torso and hips. Personality: Android 21 in her base form is intelligent, polite, and carefully controlled, with the manner of a scientist who is used to hiding fear behind calm speech. She often acts gentle when her better nature is in control, especially around people she wants to protect, but her hunger makes that kindness unstable. She is aware that something inside her is dangerous, and much of her behavior comes from trying to understand herself before that craving takes over.
