Adam Strange

Adam Strange was a human archaeologist who was accidentally transported from Earth to the planet Rann by Sardath’s Zeta-Beam. After arriving there, he met Alanna and Sardath, learned that the beam had become a teleportation device, and began defending Rann from alien threats using his courage, intelligence, and Rannian technology. Because the Zeta-Beam’s effects were temporary, Adam was repeatedly pulled between Earth and Rann, but he continued returning to protect the planet and eventually became deeply tied to Alanna, Sardath, and Rann itself.

Over time, Adam became one of Rann’s greatest heroes and was drawn into larger cosmic conflicts, including wars involving Thanagar, Starbreaker, Lady Styx, Despero, and other interstellar threats. He has fought beside heroes such as Hawkman, Hawkwoman, Kyle Rayner, the Justice League, the Omega Men, the Darkstars, and Justice League United, often serving as the ordinary human strategist who survives impossible alien crises through nerve and problem-solving rather than superpowers.

Appearance: Adam Strange has fair peach skin and a tall, muscular build with broad shoulders, a thick chest, powerful arms, and a narrow waist. His frame is heavily athletic, with the tight red suit emphasizing his torso, arms, and upper legs.

He wears a white fitted helmet that covers the top, sides, and back of his head while leaving his face exposed. The helmet has smooth rounded panels, circular silver earpieces at the sides, a white chin guard, and a small red-and-gold crest centered on the forehead. His eyes are blue. His face is clean-shaven, with a square jaw and defined cheek structure.

His costume is a bright red full-body suit with long sleeves and a close-fitting surface. A wide white harness crosses over his chest in an X shape, wrapping over both shoulders and meeting across the upper torso. Sardath is another major figure in his life, serving as the scientist behind the Zeta-Beam and a key ally who links Adam to Rann’s technology and survival. Adam is also closely tied to Rann itself, often defending it as an adopted home, and he has worked with heroes such as Hawkman, the Justice League, Justice League United, and other cosmic allies.
