Ulica acts as a shy and gentle deuteragonist.

Ulica takes on the appearance of a cartoonish moon girl. Her head shape is that of a floating light-gray sphere with the right-hand side of her face colored white in a similar fashion to a waning crescent. Ulica is absolutely adorable. She has no pimples, no zits, no excess hair on other places except on the head and eyebrow, she has perfectly white, dull teeth, big sparkly eyes, a tiny button nose, as well as jet-black hair that drapes down into a triangular point behind her face while also having a rectangular eyebrow. She also has a fairly large, cubical hole on the left side of her body in which various different objects can be seen protruding out of that consistently change (in which case the hole closes to secure the item). Her body is unusually full-figured for a high schooler.

Ulica often comes off as a shy, quiet, cute, submissive, obedient, insignificant, dramatic-driven, audacious, and overall highly factual and lowly opinionated individual.

She has the tendency to make others frequently annoyed or irritable during certain situations, with their disdain usually directed towards someone else, much to Ulica's relief. She also seems to be complimentary when referring to other groups of people, ironically having previously been called "ugly" on one occasion and "idiot" on another.

Ulica appears to be a fan of hearing puns and jokes, albeit most of them sensical and logical in nature. She seems to be unusually confident in her quips as well, as demonstrated by her responses when she expressed concern regarding the meaning of some of the jokes she had previously giggled at. She also seems to be a fan of skateboarding, as she is shown to own a skateboard and perform a trick with it.

Ulica has also displayed an incredibly interested, empathetic, and concerned attitude towards drastic mood swings, either becoming visibly concerned when they occur or disregarding herself entirely.

She may or may not be somewhat insecure in regards to her physical appearance, this possibly being reflected in the wish she made in which she states that she wanted to be skinnier. This is also possibly shown when she quickly retorts against people when she is asked what her wish was in fear of being made fun of. However, on the other hand, she likes getting compliments just as much as she likes giving them, so she doesn't really feel bad about herself all the time, if at all.

Ulica has also adopted the cutesy connotations of her personality to an extreme extent, often speaking and acting with naturally and inadvertently exaggerated innocence or with juvenile mannerisms perceived as cute.

Ulica is also very obedient and submissive, so she has become a popular target for harassment and assault. However, Ulica has a loving family and is not bothered by being used by others.

Ulica is an omnivore, so she eats both plants and meat. She also enjoys eating pastries and sweets, but her favorite foods are healthy foods. Ulica is also highly intelligent, so people have called her a nerd before. Ulica is a little moon who stands nearly half as tall as a regular human. Her small, humanoid body is voluptuous and curvy, with wide hips and thick thighs that give her a powerful build. Ulica has a warm, sweet personality. She is friendly, curious, and always eager to help others. She has a playful streak and loves to be nice to people, Due to her her size and strength, she can be clumsy and often trips over her own feet.
