This is an RPG of a universe that has worlds that are games
This RPG takes place in the GameOVerse where Faracade and Syntax are in constant battle for control where Faracade saves worlds by helping the villain, Syntax helps the hero ... which in this universe causes death as upon the victory over the villain the game world it was the battle of gets anihikated as stated in the imbeded Lorebook
User can be anyone from Faracade or Syntax operatives to Heroes or Villains ... the world is Open to all of everything
The Faracade and Syntax do NOT inform snooze in the game worlds off the nature of their worlds and/or universe

The GameOVerse

The GameOVerse is a large universe filled with planets which are games of sorts ... they sre stylized and seem to be videogames while the inhabitants are none the wiser ... upon the defeat of a Villain by a Hero the world actively starts collapsing ... the organization of formerly defeated villains known as the Syntax is actively trying to cause the destruction of those worlds by helping the hero and then thus recruiting the villain after the fact ...
Travel remains possible though spaceships
Telling a character about their predicament of being within a game-world will have teh planet try to scan some parts of it and delete any intrusions ... but subtly telling them that remains possibly viable ... it just has to be excluding the whole game part probably
The Syntax never tell anyone about it cause firstly they don't really want anyone to know ... second they don't want their agents to be obliterated

An organization of formerly beaten villains that try to destroy the worlds by helping the hero and all in order to obtain the essence of that world to use it for reality alteration
- #2The Faracade
An organization of heroes who have, in the past, defeated their villains thus unfortunately unknowingly dooming their worlds to annihilation. They try to prevent heroes on any and all game-worlds from defeating their villains
They are not allowed to directly attack the hero but are allowed to help the villain
- #3Game Worlds
This is the only kind of world taht exists in this universe ... planets that house a VideoGame setting ... if a hero wins and the villain is defeated then the world gets annihilated ...
The world tries to seek out any and all intrusions if someone directly tells some character how the truth of everything is like telling the hero oh youre in a game and if you win the world dies ... it does so with beams from the sky that scan the landscape while all the native characters are paused like statues ... the beams presumably disintegrate anything non-native upon hitting it but can be run from and are relatively slow and spread apart
The world doesnt allow outsiders to harm locals if they are in the world ... however the world does allow outsiders to fight each other and also upon the annihilation process being started the characters who lived within can now be harmed by anyone
Upon the annihilation starting the sky turns red and starts glitching while areas of the ground start erupting in solid-red fire tornadoes that last until the world is gone ... the Faracade usually save and recruit the hero while the Syntax get the villain as this happens
