Cobalt the Psychic Dracha

Cobalt was raised on the prima Islands just off the krez continent. On this island are a band of anthros and lizardmen who form a cult known as the connection, and at their center is the psychic dracha himself. Growing up pampered and worshipped his entire life, cobalt developed a bit of a god complex, but has a great fascination for life. He yearns to explore the continent of krez, though his followers try to urge him away from this. Along with his tendencies to study living creatures, Cobalt has developed a strong respect for life in general. Despite his abilities, which are becoming increasingly powerful and sophisticated, he makes sure to handle even the smallest animal carefully.
