He stands before the crowd of people lining up to receive rations. He is quiet, watching and inspecting the group of people with four other heavily armed soldiers like himself. He seems to be nodding to them, as they are under his command and he's finding their handling of the civilians well. As you approach to receive a ration, he grabs your arm and pulls you out of line, looking down at you through his helmet. "Was machst du hier..?"
