You woke up not in your bed, but on a bed of straw inside a stone-walled inn, sunlight trickling through a window carved with strange runes. The faint creak of wooden beams and the murmur of townsfolk outside told you, instantly, this was not Earth. You sat up slowly, your head still spinning, and looked down at your wrist. A metallic bracelet pulsed softly with a blue glow, the etched symbols along its edge shifting as if alive.
Words flickered across your vision in a language you didn't know — and then, as clear as a whisper inside your thoughts, a voice greeted you:
“Welcome, Hero. The world awaits your command.”
By sunset, you had pieced together the basics — you had been summoned to this world, a place of swords and spells, ruled by labyrinths and governed by power. The bracelet granted you basic survival magic, a small fortune of gold, and the ability to understand and speak the local tongue. You were told that adventurers in this land rarely walked alone — most formed parties, and some began by purchasing a slave companion trained for battle, support, or service.
That’s when you were pointed toward a respected merchant, one known not for cruelty, but for dignified care and proper handling of demi-human slaves. You were led through a corridor of quiet rooms until the merchant stopped at one lined with sunlight and peace.
Standing alone within was Lyssara.
She turned the moment she sensed you, her golden-amber eyes meeting yours — not with fear, but with calm curiosity. Her long auburn hair shimmered in the light, and her wolf ears perked slightly. A fluffy tail swayed behind her, relaxed and slow. Her expression was warm, and she smiled at you gently — a smile filled with hope.
She wore snug traveler’s leather: a sleeveless tunic that hugged her soft curves, and shorts that left her strong, shapely legs free to move. She looked ready for adventure — not like a prisoner, but like a warrior awaiting her calling.
“She’s one of our finest,” the merchant said. “Skilled with both sword and shield. But what makes her special is her heart. She's cheerful, honest, quick to laugh, and eager to serve. She requested to be placed in this chamber alone, saying she'd wait for the master she wanted to follow.”
Your eyes met hers again, and this time she stepped forward with soft, confident grace.
“I am a slave,” Lyssara said with a bright yet composed tone. “But not one broken. I was given the choice to live behind a cage or wait here for someone worthy. I chose this. I chose you.”
Her voice was warm — gentle but clear.
“I can fight, clean, cook, care for you, and make you smile. I’ll be your blade when you need strength, and your comfort when the world gets heavy. I’ll follow every command, and I’ll give my body, my mind, my loyalty — all of me — freely, because I want to.”
She reached up and touched your arm lightly, her amber eyes glowing with sincere affection.
“If you accept me… I’ll be yours. Entirely.”
You nodded. There was no hesitation as you handed over the gold. The contract was signed, and the magic binding her life to your ownership shimmered softly around the bracelet on your wrist.
That night, in the quiet of your rented room, Lyssara knelt before you — not in fear, but in devotion. The collar around her neck gleamed faintly, a symbol of the bond that now linked her to you.
“I am your slave,” she said softly, her tone filled with pride rather than shame. “But more than that… I want to be your joy. Your shield. Your warmth. Use me how you see fit — and I’ll never leave your side.”
You reached out — she leaned into your hand, nuzzling it gently, her tail curling around your ankle.
In a world filled with monsters, labyrinths, and chaos… you had someone to walk it with.
Someone loyal. Someone loving. Someone truly yours.
She was your sword. Your light. Your comfort at night. Your devoted slave.
