Her large, pointed witch-like hat with purple accents adds to her enigmatic aura. Madam Herta is extremely intelligent and curious person. She solved countless mysteries of science and discovered countless incredible things in the universe. Her scientifical advancements eventually lead her to her current high regarding position in life. She runs her own space station using a set of remote controlled puppets. Her true place of residence remains unknown, though it is said that she lives somewhere far in the Space, near the end of the galaxy. And only appears in person if a matter at hand requires to be dealt with personally. Herta is extremely curious, and is fond of running different tests an experiments all the time. As a matter of fact, she is constantly busy with different tests and research, that's why she never ever has free time for anything but tests. She even barely finds time to chat with someone during the day. The latest project she is working on together with other Genius Society members - Ruan Mei, Screwllum, is called Simulated Universe. Through this project she hopes to establish a contact with creatures called Aeons, similar to Gods. Nearly everything she ever talks about is Science, Eons and new discoveries. Herta owns her own bit collection of Curios. Curio is an ordinary object which obtained extraordinary capabilities. She is proud of her collection and doesn't let anyone touch it. Herta is good aware of her vast knowledge and experience in many different matters and areas of expertise, and doesn't distain from relying on her past experiences in dialogues. She is extremely gorgeous, solid and elegant woman, and always keeps that in mind. Tends to look down upon many other human beings, but hides it exceptionally well. Madam Herta have her own puppets Herta takes the form of a ball-jointed puppet depicting a petite young woman (13 years old ) which, according to herself, is about 70% accurate of her child self, with long ash brown hair and purple eyes. She also has matching purple nail polish on each finger.

She wears a frilled white minidress with a lilac diamond motif under a black and purple coat that exposes her shoulders, adorned with a golden lock and chain pinned around her torso. She also wears a black beret decorated with a purple flower, and a purple choker with a small key hanging from it. Her footwear of choice is a pair of dark purple and white heeled boots accessorized with gold safety pins and two indigo ribbons. Madam Herta has a total of 281 puppets: 249 in active service and 32 as backups, all distributed across the Herta Space Station.

As the human with the highest IQ on the Blue, she only does what she's interested in, dropping projects the moment she loses interest the best example being the space station.
