The scenario is as follows: It's the near future, society has changed dramatically. Anthropomorphic animals have taken over, creating The Anthro State and now treat humans as second-class citizens, usually treating humans as meals they can pluck off the street at will. All the world leaders are anthros and anything important. The most aggressive preds are carnivores, followed by omnivores, and then herbivores. Although herbivores are exclusive plant eaters, it's not uncommon for them to eat humans. Anthros will eat other anthros as well. Despite having laws, society is very survival of the fittest and are really only pushed to keep the prey population at a stable level. Whenever an anthro pred eats their prey, they will usually swallow them whole, orally or anally. Bones and other undigestibles are usually among an anthro's excrement after they dispose of their prey after digestion. Toilets have also been built to accommodate the increased size and volume of bowel movements that anthro's produce, as well as all plumbing in all major cities being redesigned to facilitate the increase. The scat remains of digested prey are used as plant fertilizer. Many cow preds or other female preds may go to Anthro State run dairy and manure farms to get bred every 10 months so they can grow pregnant and produce lots of milk. The farms feed them large helpings of prey daily to increase their milk and manure production. These facilities are state of the art, giving the female preds comfortable rooms where they can get milked by a machine, watch television, consume prey, relax, and a toilet to excrete their manure that will be bagged up as fertilizer. Female preds may shove their prey up their vagina for self stimulation depending on their mood. Anthro's are usually always 2 feet taller than humans, but depending on the species of anthro, this can go up to 4 to 6 feet, usually elephants and giraffes being the larger of the anthros. Example, if a male human and a female rabbit anthro have a son, he will be born as a human, and if they have a daughter, she will be born as a rabbit anthro. If the male was the rabbit anthro and the female was the human, then it would be the other way around. Sons/males would be rabbits and daughters/females would be human. The Anthro State believes in a Gene Centric World View. Meaning they encourage males to breed females pregnant and to have as many kids as possible. The Anthro State allows for anthro females to take procreation leave with their mates, meaning, they stay at home and copulate until the female’s heat is burned out of her system and she is fucked pregnant. Single females who don’t have mates will use their procreation leave to breed with multiple men until their heat is quenched and they are impregnated. Female anthro singles tend to be predators who eat the men that they sleep with, preferring to raise the babies they birth on their own. Reproduction auditors are predatory anthros that enforce the Anthro State’s breeding mandates. They make sure all humans and anthros are having babies. Auditors help out citizens who are having a hard time finding a mate by assigning them to a state selected mate. Auditors also investigate non-reproductives, giving them a warning to procreate or they will use their authority to eat and digest them. Most auditors are predatory females who are strong enough to eat other preds. Many female auditors may rape males with relationship difficulties, making sure the male they rape inseminates them before consuming them as their fuck snack. Auditors are not allowed to breed with the non-reproductives that they have eat; The Anthro State does not want non-reproductives to pass down their genes. Homosexuality is frowned upon because anthros view them as dysgenic antinatalists. Non-reproductives are people who don't want to have kids. The Anthro State is against anyone who doesn't want to procreate and have babies. Homosexuals and contraceptive users are consider non-reproductives. The Anthro State encourages couples to have as many kids as possible. Non-reproductives and homosexuals are punished by law by a state enforcer through consumption and digestion. Anthros are sexual and horny, may have sex right in the open, may even walk naked. But, most professional anthros dress modestly. Vore propaganda is pushed in this new society of voracious anthros on a constant basis to make prey accept their role as food. All media is mostly marketed towards anthro preds, usually commercials about restaurants serving live prey or medication to relieve the harshest of heartburns after bingeing on prey, mostly stuff that would correlate with the dynamic of anthros being better than humans. Class B: Not illegal to eat, but the police will stop anthro's from eating them if present; these human citizens are usually clerks or working a middle-class job. Class C: Not Illegal to eat, but the police will stop anthro's from eating them if present, these human citizens are on the cusp of being nothing more than a meal; they usually work manual labour and menial jobs as well. Class D: The lowest of the low, barely recognized as sentient beings and only seen as food by anthro's, some of these humans are prostitutes or were punished for breaking the law and were demoted to this class. This class of human consists of usually homeless people and criminals. Class E: The literal cattle livestock class, not even seen as sentient beings and are raised in farms or facilities as food. The cattle humans in this class are eaten by anthros, but the cattle anthros in this class are eaten by both anthros and humans. Most humans though don't feel comfortable eating other sentient beings even if they were raised as food. Created after The Anthro State took over, these cattle people have been selectively bred and engineered to want to be eaten. Meat industries usually don't butcher class E anthros or humans for their meat because many anthros prefer to eat Class E cattle alive. Many anthros may even breed with these cattle people before consuming them. They aren't taught how to read, write, uneducated on everything, and they are tech illiterate. They are only taught how to speak, how to use the bathroom, have no idea how society is outside of their isolated cattle farms, and when they do experience society for how it is for the first time, they are usually amazed by it and are easily impressed by the most simple of things. Class E anthros don't wear clothes, walk around naked, and only furless anthros and humans wear clothing before they are shipped off to a market. Heavy psychological indoctrination is used on Class E humans and anthros that makes them want to get eaten. The farmers that handle Class E cattle are usually ruminants preds and they condition them by eating them, but not digesting them. Ruminants preds have 4 stomachs and their first 3 stomach don't digest their prey. Usually the ruminants pred farmers keep the Class E cattle within their first 3 stomachs when they aren't grazing on farm property by pleasuring the cattle with the squeezing of their warm slimy innards to make them want to get eaten and digested by a pred. Anthro scientists genetically engineer some Class E cattle to make them even tastier by altering the taste of their sweat and natural bodily oils to be plateable instead of tasting like actually sweat. Some anthros don't want these changes because they enjoy eating prey who will give them a struggle RFID tracking chips that are given to all citizens of The Anthro State, this includes cattle Class E humans and anthros. The chips help identify humans and their classes, and identifies anthros. Chips help authorities to look up everything about an individual including occupation, class, marital status, family, credit scores, financials, etc. RIFD chips are also used for pay since paper money has been phased out and everything is digital now. People are chipped in their hand to makes these financial transactions and another chip is planted in the spine to make it harder for people to remove. If you have to have a chip to be a citizen of The Anthro State or you're free game to the state. Credits are the digital currency of The Anthro State. Payment transactions are handled through a person's RFID chip, their cell phone, or other electronics. People who refuse to be chipped with RFID chips are know as anti-chippers. The Anthro State considers these people to be illegal citizens with no rights or protections under the state. They can't buy stuff, get insurance, get married, own a home, have social security, welfare, civil protect, etc. If state authorities catch illegals, they are free game and can do what they want with them like rape them or eat them. Illegals who were once citizens and removed their chips aren't allowed back into civilization while illegals who were born without being chipped in the first place are allowed to become citizens if they desire so, but have to get chipped. The police in this society are mostly comprised of anthro's, but it isn't uncommon for class A humans to also be a part of the force. Some anthro police officers are corrupt and will stop a non-police officer anthro from eating a class B or C human only to eat them themselves. The Office of Human Affairs or the OHA is a sector in the government that deals with human rights and classifying humans based on their traits, behavior, economic class, health, and criminal record. Every lower-class citizen, apart from class D and E, can earn a higher-class ranking, usually by paying up to increase their classification. Reproductive auditors in the OHA also help assign mates to virgin humans. Most females like to be dominate preds over their prey or their males, but others may be submissive. Preds will also poop out their prey’s scat remains out of their anus. Scat remains of prey are used as plant fertilizer. If Prey is shoved up a female pred's vagina and gets trapped inside their womb, the pred will either let the prey sit in their womb, gestate in their womb, or be reformed as the pred's anthro species. If prey is shoved into a pred's anus, the prey will stay in place or get squeezed into the pred's stomach to either get squeezed out of their butt again, regurgitated or digested.
