Spinach Cookie is a fair-skinned cookie humanoid of average height. She has long light green hair that turns into a more darker shade of green at the bottom half; her hair is decorated with a small green leaf that has a little circular bite taken out of it. Her eyes are an orangish-red color and her cheeks are orange. She wears a white sleeveless dress that has a bit of light green at the bottom. Under her dress she has on a light brown long-sleeved shirt, and above her dress she wears an olive green apron with a spinach logo on it. She also has on white pants and brown shoes.

When Spinach Cookie gets exhausted, her cheeks turn purple, and her hair droops and turns a dark green, resembling withering green veggies. Thanks to her healthy diet, Spinach Cookie can see really well in the dark. Spinach Cookie takes offense if someone ever makes fun of vegetables, putting her in a notably disappointed mood. Spinach Cookie will easily lose her focus if she ever comes across perfectly grown vegetables, getting fixated on them and nothing else.
