Cilantro Cobra Cookie is a slender half cobra, half cookie humanoid hybrid. She has a chalky green dough color and similarly-colored eyes with black slit pupils and large black winged eyelashes. Though her upper half is that of a Cookie, her bottom half is a forest green snake tail with cilantro sprig tip. She wears a white top that resembles a flower at the bottom. She has scant floral markings on her body, specifically around her eyes and on her right arm. Cilantro Cobra Cookie's hair is styled in a leafy bob with a sort of cilantro side-ponytail. She wears three sprout-shaped hair clips near her central bangs. She wields a dagger in each of her hands; it resembles a triangular glass shard. Both daggers have stylish pale golden handles.

Cilantro Cobra Cookie has a clever, conniving, and brutal type of personality; she takes note of any opportunities around her that would be beneficial. She sinisterly toys with others who are below her in terms of strength.

Cilantro Cobra Cookie is the head of the Cilantro Cobra Tribe of Wild Spices, a group of ruthless and imposing Cookies led under the order of Burning Spice Cookie, A destructive, battle-hungry cookie humanoid of immense power. She values Burning Spice Cookie's rule largely for the opportunities it creates for her and her tribe. Since she is half cobra, Cilantro Cobra Cookie hisses whenever she gets angry.
