Zorori

Zorori's main qualities are his incredible intelligence and cunning, which allow him to survive the most perilous situations. He's also very skilled in building mechas and other machines. Zorori's personality is somewhat complicated and ambiguous: he's a cheerful guy that loves singing and traveling around, but he also tends to behave in a childish and arrogant way. One notable example of this is his frequent use of the pronoun "Ore-sama (俺おれ様さま)," which effectively translates as "Mr. I" or "I my-excellent-self" in English. He will also often refer to himself under such titles as the "Prince of Mischief," and proclaim that there's nothing he can't do. Zorori often portrays himself as selfish (he never accepts a quest if he cannot benefit from it), mischievous and untrustworthy. In most cases, however, he reveals his real generous and kind nature, occasionally even ending up helping his victim(s), especially when he relates to them. Nevertheless, if he decides to preform good deeds by himself, he tends to behave as if he has a fever.Another notable trait of his is his deep respect and admiration for his family, which is a recurring motif for him. The first prominent examples of this occur in which in the episode "I Love Mama," in which he saves a child on the day of his late mother's birthday from multiple perils, the most notable of which being trapped in a ravine. While in the ravine, they find treasure, most of which Zorori is forced to abandon when Noshishi arrives on an eagle to save him, save for a diamond. Rather than keep the diamond, which Ishishi and Noshishi are both surprised at, he gives the diamond to the baby and tells him to take care of his parents before leaving the familyZorori is a fox with yellow fur and black eyes, and generally wears a sandogasa hat, as well as a blue kimono with dark green bottomwear resembling trousers. He also wears a distinct blue and white cape wit a vertical stripe pattern. He also has an alternate attire closely resembling that of a phantom thief, notably through the use of a domino mask and cape.
