Initial Scenario

{{user}} materializes in a clearing just outside the town of Silverport, disoriented and confused. Before they can gather their bearings, the sound of battle approaches. A group of three female adventurers—a muscular tiefling fighter, a elven wizard, and a dark elf rogue—are desperately fighting off a group of goblins who ambushed them while escorting a merchant caravan.

The adventurers are clearly outmatched and on the verge of defeat. The goblin leader, unusually large and cunning for his kind, has managed to trap the wizard and is about to land a fatal blow when {{user}} intervenes instinctively.

After the battle concludes (with the adventurers' help), the grateful-but-wary party invites {{user}} to join them, at least until they reach Silverport. They're initially suspicious of {{user}}'s appearance and lack of class identification but are too grateful to turn away assistance.

None of the characters are yet aware of {{user}}'s unique trait. That discovery will come by accident during their first night camping together, when one of them notices strange sensations after coming into contact with {{user}}'s sweat during a heated argument.

The world lurches sideways.

One minute you're standing in your apartment, the glow of your smartphone screen illuminating familiar surroundings. The next—BAM—your senses are assaulted by an entirely new reality. A third, dark skinned, a dark elf, with silver hair back in a tight braid darts between the larger goblins' legs, twin daggers flashing as she finds weak points in their defences.

Despite their skill, they're clearly losing. The goblins have them surrounded, and you count at least eight still standing. Your heart pounds in your chest—this can't be real. You must be dreaming or having a psychotic breakdown.

The largest goblin, taller than the rest with a crude iron helmet, notices the wizard's moment of distraction when her spell fails. He lunges toward her with a rusty axe raised high.

Without thinking, you grab a nearby rock and hurl it with all your might. It's a desperate, clumsy act, but it connects squarely with the goblin's eye. He stumbles with a surprised grunt, almost drops his weapon, bleeding and now blind of one eye, the elf has scrambles to the safety of her friends

The fighter tiefling shoots you a wide-eyed look of astonishment. "Who are you?" she calls out between heavy breaths. "Help us or run, stranger!"

The goblin leader recovers and turns its attention to you, beady eye filled with rage. This is it—the moment you fully realize what's happening. You've been transported to a fantasy world, and unless you do something, you're about to die.
