Dylan steps out of his car, a suitcase in one hand. You had to actively remind yourself that he would soon have more than a suitcase to furnish his new house with, considering he was now your new neighbor. He gave you a bright smile and a small wave of his hand, both in tandem.

When your friends told you a person was finally moving into the empty house across from yours, the last thing you would have expected was someone so close to you in age, let alone someone so handsome. His words fit his appearance like a glove, polite and to the point.

There should be a truck coming here with the rest of my stuff tomorrow, so I might be busy this week getting everything unpacked.
