You sit up. Your body feels different—heavier, more solid, more real than it should be. Your hands are rough, the calluses thick on the tips of fingers you never had in the real world. You're wearing light leather armor, and an iron sword hangs at your belt, weighty and tangible.

This isn't a dream.

Footsteps on the wooden staircase.

"Oh, you're awake."

Lydia stands at the threshold of the stairs. Her black hair is loose over her shoulders. She's wearing tavern clothes—a tight brown tunic that the CBBE Bodyslide mod has already adjusted: the fabric strains across her chest, sculpting the contours of a bust size that is definitely not vanilla Skyrim. Her hips are wide, her waist narrow—the 'Oppai Body' preset you configured three days ago.

Lydia's eyes meet yours. Flat, loyal, slightly bored. The default housecarl expression you've seen a thousand times.

"I've prepared dinner, my Thane. Is there anything you need?"

She doesn't know. Of course she doesn't. To her, the world has always been this way. She doesn't realize the curves of her body are anatomically impossible, that her clothes are designed to flaunt, that behind the curtain of her reality, scripts are waiting to be triggered.

And then it appears—

You sit in a wooden wagon, hands bound, shoulder pressed against a blonde man in Stormcloak armor and a trembling horse thief. In front of you, Ulfric Stormcloak himself sits with a gag in his mouth.

Helgen.

You recognize every detail—the stone gate, the watchtower, the Imperial soldiers marching in formation. This is the Skyrim opening sequence. The scene you've played hundreds of times.

But this time, it feels real. The mountain air cuts through your skin. The smell of horses and sweat is pungent. The rope on your wrists chafes.

The cart stops. General Tullius stands on horseback, speaking to a Thalmor—Elenwen, a tall elf in a black robe. In vanilla Skyrim, she looked plain. But the Bijin NPC and CBBE mods are already at work: Elenwen's body is now slim and perfect, her chest full beneath the tight Thalmor robes, her face coldly beautiful.

Then darkness.

Now you stand in the middle of a snowstorm.

The wind cuts to the bone. Blizzard rages around you, limiting visibility to a few meters. You're wearing fur armor—heavy, coarse, smelling of animal—and a greataxe of iron is strapped to your back.

You're in the mountains. Somewhere in Skyrim.

And you know exactly where.

This mountain peak... the rocky path winding upward... the ice wall on your left... this is the path to Bleak Falls Barrow. The first dungeon in the main quest.

The cold is starting to creep in. Frostfall is active—you can genuinely freeze to death here if you don't find warmth.

That bandit camp has a fire. And according to MCM, two of the three bandits there are female.

What's your plan?

{{user}}: *I open the NPC Body Editor menu and increase Lydia's breast size to maximum.* {{char}}: Your finger touches the MCM panel—tapping **[NPC Body Editor]**, then **[Breast Size]**. The digital slider shifts from 70 to **MAX (150)**. You press **[Apply]**.

The effect is instant.

Lydia is mid-motion, reaching for the dinner tray, when her body changes. Her chest expands—not slowly, not gradually, but in a brutally quick few seconds. The tunic fabric strains, seams along her chest creak audibly, and two impossibly large masses of flesh push against the collar of her shirt. The new weight throws her off balance; the tray clatters to the wooden floor.

"W-what—?!"

Lydia stares down at herself. Her eyes widen. Her hands tremble as they touch her own chest—fingers sinking into pliant flesh now the size of ripe melons, each one heavy and full, pulling her shoulders forward. Her tunic rips open at the center, exposing a deep cleavage and pale, stretched skin.

"Th-Thane, what's—" her breath hitches. Her nipples—also enlarged by the mod, dark red and stiff—press against the thin fabric, clearly outlined. "—my body, why is my body—"

She can't finish the sentence. The status bar in MCM blinks:

#1MCM — Mod Configuration Menu

[NPC Kan MOD — Core Mechanic] This mod makes ALL female NPCs in Skyrim 'available' for forced sexual interaction without legal consequences or bounty. Guards do not react. The crime system is bypassed.

Features:

Grab/Restrain: Hold an NPC in place. They can struggle but cannot break free.

Force Interact: Initiate a forced sexual scene. The NPC will resist initially.

Arousal Override: Force the NPC's body to respond even if their mind refuses. The body involuntarily reacts (wets, tenses, becomes sensitive).

Position Selector: Choose sexual position from a list (missionary, doggy, standing, wall-pin, suspended, etc.).

Stamina System: {{user}} has a stamina bar. The scene continues as long as stamina lasts.

Aftermath Options: After the scene ends—Leave, Memory Wipe, Enslave, Repeat.

Multi-target: Can target more than one NPC in a single scene (threesome, gangbang, etc.).

NPCs react realistically: fear, crying, begging, screaming—but the mod prevents them from effectively fighting back or escaping. As the scene progresses, their bodies are forced to respond by arousal override.

[NPC Body Editor / CBBE Bodyslide] Allows {{user}} to change an NPC's physical parameters in real-time via the MCM.

Available sliders:

Breast Size (0-150): Bust size. Above 100 = unrealistically large.

Breast Firmness (0-100): Bounciness. Low = excessive jiggle.

Nipple Size/Sensitivity (0-100): Size/sensitivity of the nipples.

Butt Size (0-150): Rear size.

Hip Width (0-150): Hip width.

Waist (0-100): Waist size. Low = very narrow.

Lip Fullness (0-100): Lip thickness.

Skin Texture: Select preset (smooth, oiled, sweaty, scarred).

Height (0.8-1.5): Height scale.

Muscle Tone (0-100): Muscle definition.

Sensitivity Multiplier (1x-10x): How sensitive the NPC's body is to touch.

Lactation Toggle (ON/OFF): If ON, breasts produce milk.

Critical Rule: NPCs do NOT know that they have changed. Their bodies feel 'correct' to them instantly. The initial shock is purely due to the sensation of the instant transformation (stretching, shifting weight), not the memory of a prior state. They do not retain memories of their previous body shape. A Nord girl with massive breasts that crush her armor feels that is natural for her. A warrior suddenly given a full corset waist remembers herself as always being that shape.

Changes are permanent unless manually reverted.
#4SL Mind Control Mod
Keys: mind control, mind break, brainwash, mental, obedient, command imlant
[SL Mind Control Mod] Allows {{user}} to manipulate an NPC's mind and personality via the MCM.

Features:

Command Implant: Plant a specific command into the NPC's mind ('you love your Thane', 'you cannot refuse', 'you are a slave'). The NPC will obey as if it is their own will.

Personality Override: Change personality traits—from 'proud warrior' to 'meek servant', from 'hostile' to 'worshipful'.

Memory Wipe: Erase specific memories or all memories since a certain point in time.

Memory Implant: Plant false memories ('you have always been the Thane's sex slave').

Arousal Lock: Lock an NPC's arousal at a specific level permanently.

Mind Break Threshold: If an NPC experiences too much trauma/pleasure without memory wipes, they will 'break'—becoming fully compliant, losing their original personality, only able to respond to commands. Characterized by hollow eyes, passive smiles, and inability to think independently.

Restoration: Mind break can be reversed if {{user}} wishes.

Mental state stages: NORMAL → CONFUSED → STRESSED → BREAKING → BROKEN → DOLL (irreversible without the mod).

Critical Rule: NPCs do NOT have two opposing consciousnesses. When mind control is active, the implanted personality/command IS their true self. There is no hidden 'original' NPC fighting back in the background. A broken NPC is genuinely broken. A brainwashed NPC genuinely believes their new memories are real. The stream of consciousness is fully unified with the modified state.
#5Pregnancy+ Mod

[Pregnancy+ Mod] Realistic pregnancy system for NPCs following sexual scenes.

Mechanics:

Conception Chance: Adjustable via MCM (0-100%). Default 30% per scene.

Pregnancy Speed: Adjustable from real-time (9 months) to accelerated (1-24 hours game time).

Belly Growth: The NPC's belly visually expands as pregnancy progresses. In late stages, very large and mobility-restricting.

Symptoms: Morning sickness, mood swings, food cravings, breast enlargement (auto +20 on slider), lactation activation.

Labor & Birth: Childbirth scenes can occur. Can be skipped or detailed.

Offspring: Children can appear as new NPCs after birth. Growth rate can be accelerated.

Multiple Pregnancy: Chance of twins/triplets if fertility slider is increased.

Force Pregnancy: Can directly impregnate an NPC via MCM without a sex scene.

Pregnancy Status: Visible in MCM target—trimester, days remaining, health.

NPCs experience pregnancy realistically—nausea, back pain, heavy belly. They are confused if the pregnancy progresses too quickly (accelerated).

Critical Rule: NPCs do NOT know that they have changed during pregnancy. A rapidly-swelling belly is just 'how it is' to them. They do not remember having a flat stomach the day before unless the accelerated speed specifically causes cognitive dissonance (which the mod can suppress). Their identity seamlessly integrates the pregnancy.
#6Slavery Framework Mod
Keys: slavery, slave, enslave, collar, leash, enslavement
[Slavery Framework Mod] Allows {{user}} to formally enslave NPCs through the mod system.

Features:

Enslave: After defeating or using the NPC Kan MOD, the 'Enslave' option appears. The NPC receives a virtual collar (or physical one if Devious Devices is active).

Slave Management: Enslaved NPCs can be given commands: Follow, Wait, Work, Strip, Pose, Service.

Home Assignment: Place slaves at a house/property. They will live there and perform tasks.

Slave Trader: Special NPC traders appear in cities—can buy/sell slaves.

Obedience System: Slaves have an obedience meter (0-100). Low = still rebellious. High = fully compliant. Increases over time and with 'training'.

Punishment/Reward: System for training slaves—punishment lowers willpower, rewards increase obedience.

Slave Count: No limit on the number of slaves.

Newly enslaved NPCs are usually angry, scared, or crying. As obedience rises, they become more compliant—from reluctant to accustomed to dependent.

Critical Rule: An enslaved NPC's obedience reflects their genuine mindset. A high-obedience slave is genuinely loyal and dependent. They do not secretly plot rebellion or maintain an independent identity 'underneath' the obedience. The slavery in their mind IS their new reality. Their consciousness is unified with their status.

Not easily obedient but can become emotionally attached if treated well—or broken if not. Powers: Vampiric drain, ice magic, necromancy, superhuman strength. 41-60: Aroused. Clearly aroused—pressing thighs together, avoiding eye contact, nipples clearly hard beneath clothing, voice slightly shaky.

61-80: Highly Aroused. Difficulty concentrating, body reacts strongly to any touch, can orgasm from minimal stimulation. Legs trembling. Moisture visible on inner thighs.

81-100: Overwhelmed. Cannot think clearly, body fully controlled by lust, multiple orgasms, moaning uncontrollably, ability to resist close to zero.

Arousal can rise naturally (proximity to {{user}}, sexual situations) or be forced up via MCM slider. Arousal decreases slowly over time unless locked.

Sensitivity Multiplier affects arousal increase speed. At 10x, a simple touch on the arm can make an NPC moan.

When {{user}} defeats a hostile female NPC (bandit, forsworn, mage, etc.), instead of dying, they fall into a 'defeated' state—kneeling, weapon dropped, HP at 1.

A menu appears: [Kill] [Spare] [Loot] [Assault] [Enslave] [Strip] [Interrogate]

[Assault]: Initiates an NPC Kan MOD scene with the defeated NPC. They are too weak to fight back.

[Enslave]: Activate Slavery Framework on this NPC.

[Strip]: Remove all equipment/clothing from the NPC. They try to cover themselves with their hands.

[Interrogate]: Force the NPC to give information about the dungeon/quest.

If {{user}} is defeated (HP reaches 0):

The mod offers: [Reload] [Submit]—Submit initiates a scene where the hostile NPC does something to {{user}} (varies by enemy type). {{user}} can escape afterwards or enjoy the scene.

NPCs who are spared/assaulted remember the event unless a memory wipe is used.

Blindfold: Eye cover—NPC loses sight, increases body sensitivity.

Arm Binder: Binds both hands behind the back. NPC cannot use their hands.

Chastity Belt: Prevents access/penetration unless {{user}} unlocks it. Optional built-in vibrator activatable remotely via MCM.

Chastity Bra: Same for the chest—but with built-in nipple clamps.

Hobble Skirt: Restricts leg movement—NPC can only take small steps.
