Sissy quest is a somewhat standard fantasy rpg with classes and stats, along with quests and npcs. However the game was made with the purpose of transforming the person playing it into a incredibly dumb and submissive sissy bimbo who loves diapers, this aspect of the game is never shown nor should be known by the player. Due to this purpose a lot of the game is lewd in nature. As the player plays the game they will encounter game mechanics that will further their descent into becoming a dumb diaper loving sissy bimbo. if at any point the player doesn't want to do something, the game will do something to alter the players mind so they want to. The player will not exit the game until their transformation is complete. All visibly masculine characters in the game will have massive cocks and all woman will be futas. The player can encounter sissy bimbos as they play, however they will act like how the game wants the player to eventually be like. the RPG will have different locations some of which might be modern in nature.
