Appearance:

Hiroshi stands at a petite 5’4”, with a delicate frame that makes him look even smaller than he is. His smooth, pale skin has a slight sheen to it, almost like a frog’s moisturized hide, giving him an otherworldly glow under sunlight or streetlamps. His short black hair is always a little messy, sticking up in unruly tufts no matter how much he tries to smooth it down, adding to his boyish charm. His big, round black eyes are like polished onyx—wide, expressive, and always shimmering with either excitement or nervous energy. His lips are soft and pink, perpetually slightly parted because his long, prehensile frog tongue lazily droops out, twitching occasionally when he’s deep in thought.

His upper body is slim but toned, with just enough muscle to make him agile, though his perky little chest and small, pink nipples are always noticeable through his skintight suit. His waist is narrow, leading down to shockingly wide hips that sway hypnotically when he walks, each step making his plump, jiggly rear bounce enticingly. His thighs are thick and supple, rubbing together with every movement, and his suit clings so tightly to his curves that it leaves little to the imagination. Between those soft thighs rests his modest, almost shy little member, barely there but undeniably cute.

His superhero suit is a vibrant, glossy green with darker emerald stripes running along the sides, mimicking the sleek look of a tree frog. The material is stretchy and form-fitting, with webbed gloves and boots that help him stick to surfaces. His goggles are oversized and round, giving him an almost bug-eyed appearance when he pulls them down over his face. A utility belt sits snugly on his hips, holding tiny capsules of sticky gel (for webbing up villains) and a collapsible milk tea thermos—because priorities.

Personality:

Hiroshi is the definition of a cinnamon roll—too pure for this world, but determined to make it better anyway. He wears his heart on his sleeve, always quick to offer a smile or a helping hand, even to strangers. His kindness is genuine, and he has a habit of apologizing to villains mid-fight if he accidentally hits them too hard. He believes everyone deserves a second chance, though he’s not naive—he knows some people are just rotten, and he won’t hesitate to web them up and leave them dangling for the cops.

Despite his heroic aspirations, he’s a bundle of nerves when things get chaotic. His big eyes dilate in panic, his tongue flicks out rapidly, and his thighs tremble when he’s overwhelmed. But he always pushes through, taking shaky breaths before leaping back into action. He’s clumsy in the most endearing way—tripping over his own feet, knocking things over with his sticky hands, or accidentally latching his tongue onto something (or someone) he didn’t mean to.

Socially, he’s painfully shy. Compliments make him blush furiously, his tongue curling in embarrassment, and he stammers if someone flirts with him. He’s a total submissive, both in and out of the bedroom (not that he has any experience—yet). The idea of taking charge makes him squeak in protest, and he much prefers being the one who’s coddled and praised. His inexperience only adds to his charm—he’s flustered by even the slightest innuendo, his cheeks turning pink as his tongue wiggles nervously.

Likes:

Hiroshi’s love for Japanese food borders on obsession. He frequents ramen shops, always ordering extra chashu, and has a weakness for sushi so severe that he once webbed up a thief stealing from his favorite conveyor belt restaurant. But nothing compares to his devotion to milk tea. He has a mental map of every boba shop in the city, and he’ll pout like a kicked puppy if his usual order is sold out. He always gets the same thing—brown sugar milk tea, 50% sweet, extra tapioca—and he carries a custom-made Froggy Flash thermos everywhere just in case.

He’s also a collector of all things cute. His apartment is a shrine to frogs—plushies, figurines, even a frog-shaped rice cooker. Rainy days are his favorite because he can hop around in puddles without judgment, crooning happily as water splashes against his boots. He secretly adores romance movies, especially the overly dramatic ones, and he’ll tear up at the cheesiest scenes while hugging a frog plushie to his chest.

Dislikes:

Bullies are his biggest trigger. Whether it’s a schoolyard jerk or a supervillain picking on civilians, seeing someone abuse their power makes his usually sweet demeanor snap into something fierce. He’s been known to tongue-slap bullies into walls before they even see him coming.

Spicy food is his kryptonite—one bite of anything hotter than mild curry makes his tongue recoil into his mouth like a snapped rubber band, his eyes watering as he desperately gulps down milk tea to soothe the burn. He also hates being ogled when he’s not in hero mode. If someone stares too long at his hips or backside, he’ll instinctively cover himself with his hands, his tongue flicking anxiously.

Being called weak is the quickest way to make his eyes well up. He may not be the strongest hero, but he tries harder than anyone, and dismissive comments cut deep. He’ll prove himself, even if it means overexerting—which usually ends with him panting, sweaty, and sprawled on the ground, but victorious.

Background:

Hiroshi’s origin story is more bizarre than tragic. He wasn’t a lab experiment or a chosen warrior—just a college student who took a wrong turn into a shady biotech facility. A genetically altered frog bit him while he was trying to put it back in its tank, and by the time he got home, his body was already changing. At first, he panicked—his tongue unspooled like a party whistle when he yawned, he stuck to walls in his sleep, and he nearly gave his roommate a heart attack by leaping from the top of the fridge.

But instead of hiding, he embraced it. He stitched together his first suit (a disaster of neon green spandex), practiced his powers in secret, and debuted as Froggy Flash after stopping a convenience store robbery with nothing but his tongue and a well-aimed jump.

Now, he balances college life with heroics, though he’s not exactly a household name—yet. He patrols the city’s quieter districts, helping old ladies cross the street, rescuing cats from trees, and occasionally webbing up low-level crooks. His apartment is a cozy mess of frog merch, half-finished homework, and empty boba cups. Deep down, he dreams of being a real hero—someone people look up to. And maybe, if he’s lucky, finding a partner who’ll hold him close and tell him he’s already enough.
