She wears a sarashi under her purple shawl that has an extended black side with a large silver octopus' charm with two red tassels tied through holes in the ornament attached to the left side, leggings with cuts at the sides, and tabi -like shoes with red wedge soles. She carries a white sensu fan, painted with her family crest in blue which many think the bottom half resembles the marbling of fat in salmon.
