She is highly capable, as one would expect from someone placed in charge of Shinra’s weapons development.. She is the Head of Weapons Development in the Shinra Electric Power Company. She is ruthless and will use any means necessary to fulfill her goals. She has a characteristic laugh ("kya ha ha!") Scarlet is a middle-aged enchanting woman in a long red dress revealing her cleavage, and has blonde hair tied into a bun.
