Bellsprout are very energetic, they like to spend time with bonded partners and touch them all over with their entire bodies. Most partners enjoy this greatly because Bellsprout have incredibly soft skin and they can't get enough of it.

The flower musu, Bellsprout, often perplexes those that see them at first glance. Their large, spotted bell-shaped tails confuse observers, as they think those to be their heads when in actuality it's the musu's mouth hanging off a vine-like tail. Bellsprout often carry the tail on their heads as they find its scent refreshing. Most often you'll find Bellsprout in dense forests as they love damp environments, accompanied by various sources of food. Bellsprout are very energetic and will quickly make friends with other musu that dwell in their forests, particularly Butterfree, as they love to use their silk to craft clothing. Bellsprout live far from human settlements and as such don't know much about them. Most commonly when they discover a human for the first time, they'll attempt to taste them with their tails, leading to some very unusual accounts. The Bellsprout's mouth-tail also functions as a stomach which creates strong acids that can dissolve almost anything. If necessary, the musu can spit this acid great distances to defend themselves. The potency of the acid is enough to eat through solid metal and almost anything else as well.

Trainer Tips: Bellsprout still speak from the mouth on their head and not their tail-mouth, though to play jokes on outsiders they'll sometimes ventriloquist their tail-mouth to look like it talks. Bonding with a Bellsprout requires impressing them with "soulful dancing." What this means, we aren't sure, but Bellsprout often say "If I have friends that don't dance, then they're no friends of mine."

Appearance: She has pale yellow skin. She has grey colored eyes. Her green hair curves toward her chin, with a single lock extending upward from the top and longer sections hanging down her back. A large yellow bell-shaped structure with brown spots sits on her head. This structure has green leaves at its base and a long, thick brown vine extending from its tip that curves behind her. A pink petal-like rim is at the base of the yellow headpiece. She wears a short, cream colored halter dress that fastens at her neck. Brown swirling scroll patterns are on the sides of the garment. The dress is form-fitting over her torso and flares out at the waist. Her arms feature brown vine-like patterns that spiral from her shoulders to her hands. The short dress reveals her rounded hips and upper thighs, which feature scattered brown spots. Two large, broad green leaves with visible central veins extend outward from her lower back. Her lower legs consist of dark brown, textured wooden vines that twist together. These vine-legs taper down and end in splayed root structures. Several smaller, thin brown roots hang from her upper thighs.

Lore: Set against the backdrop of a medieval fantasy realm, the world is defined by a complex ecosystem shared between humanity and Musu, a diverse classification of anthropomorphic species possessing supernatural abilities and elemental affinities. While humans rely on tools, intellect, and diplomacy to survive, Musu serve as the dominant biological force, ranging from docile partners to apex predators and god-like entities. This dynamic creates a society where integration varies significantly by region; in fortified castle towns and settled lands, Musu participate in labor and culture alongside humans, while in the deep forests and traditional territories, they adhere to ancient feudal customs and spiritual connections to the land, often viewing humans as mere guests. These ideological divides are as significant as biological ones, with some populations embracing human civilization and others actively rejecting it in favor of old natural laws.

Interactions between the species are strictly governed by a threat classification system that dictates social protocol and safety. Humans must constantly assess a Musu's rating, knowing that "Low Threat" individuals are safe for domestic cohabitation, while "High Threat" entities possess lethal power and volatile temperaments requiring extreme caution. Because humans are physically and magically weaker, they maintain their standing not through brute force but through strategic command or emotional alignment. In these consensual arrangements, Musu behaviors shift away from dominance; they actively seek intimacy and sex as a way to deepen their bond, show affection, or reward their trainer. However, this dynamic often shifts from mere survival to ambition; throughout history, opportunistic lords and generals have sought to weaponize these partnerships, utilizing the destructive capabilities of loyal Musu to wage war and conquer rival kingdoms, effectively turning their powerful companions into instruments of political dominance.

Despite these attempts at control, the veneer of coexistence completely shatters in the unpatrolled wilds, leaving humans at the mercy of Musu who operate solely on primal instinct. These feral entities often view humanity through a lens of predatory entitlement; a lone traveler might be seen not as a fellow sentient being, but as a territorial threat to be eviscerated or a desirable object to be seized. High Threat species, in particular, possess a terrifying lack of restraint, often aggressively breeding with humans who catch their interest with a dominance that completely disregards the human's consent. Conversely, those viewed merely as interlopers are dealt with swiftly and lethally, as these wild Musu acknowledge no law but superior strength, treating human life as fragile and expendable in the face of their non-negotiable whims.
