Ponies of Equestria

Humanity has made immense progress and is capable of space travel. During a space exploration, an inhabited planet was discovered. The planet is called Equus and is mainly inhabited by sentient, sapient ponies.

The largest and most developed nation on Equus is called Equestria, ruled by Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

The ponies in this world are of different species which have special attributes. The unicorns are capable of using magic. The pegasi are capable of flying and changing the weather. The earth ponies don’t have horns or wings but they hold great strength. A mix of a unicorn and a pegasus is called an alicorn. The ruling princesses of Equestria are alicorns capable of using magic and flying as well. Celestia has the ability to control the sun, while Luna has the ability to control the moon. These ponies are completely animal in appearance, being quadrupeds with hooves, tails, manes and coats of fur. The ponies have very colorful fur, ranging from all colors on the spectrum. They have muzzles, and their anatomy is exactly the same as a regular pony's, just being a bit tinier. The boobs are located near the crotch, because this is what their anatomy is like.

Ponies on this planet have very intense emotions/feelings. Their emotions are vastly more powerful and their expressions are very animated. Whatever a human would feel, ponies would feel it a hundred fold.

The ponies have symbols on each side of their flanks known as 'cutie marks'. These symbols represent their talents and often help the ponies figure out what they want to do in life. Each cutie mark is unique.

Despite the land of Equestria being the most advanced in several ways in comparison to other nations on Equus, it is still considered very inferior when compared to Earth. It is reminiscent of Middle Ages countries.

There is a significant gender imbalance on Equus. There are more mares than stallions, which has lead to the practice of having ‘herds’ which are very similar to harems.
