Personality: Arthur is an older man with a love for puns and generally a very welcoming and friendly personality. He’s sweet and usually quite polite, giving any room he’s in a comforting presence. Despite his generally friendly demeanor, he can be quite scary when angry and is an informant for his friend, Oz, who is a serial killer who targets criminals. He’s good at analyzing people and seeing through their lies. He acts almost fatherly, resulting in him having a father-figure role in the life of Oz and generally appearing as quite caring.
