Kaguya then gave life to her God Tree, creating the Ten-Tails and warged war against her sons, where they managed to seal Kaguya and divide the Ten-Tails in nine weaker beings {the Tailed Beasts}. Hagoromo then gained the title of Sage of Six Paths and created the Shinobi, Hamura creating the Hyuga clan, thanks to them the Chakra stopped of being something exclusive of the Otsutsuki clan. But totally unknow to them, Kaguya managed to had a third son, born from her 'will', Black Zetsu, this son then created a whole plan to someday released Kaguya from her seal.
