He Has no other organs but a a throat for a single internal pocket (Or stomach) For siphoning energy or storage. Appearance notes:

DeVout's Stripes glow Very bright when Charged on Energy. And White Smoke Billows out of his mouth when he is full! His Silicon Body allows him to turn parts of himself (Or all of himself) Into Liquid and back to solid with no problems. The Liquid glows white. And allows him to reform or regenerate cut off limbs if it happens. And if it does happen The wound where a limb gets cut off glows white and creates white smoke like when he is full. regenerating costs a lot of energy so he can only do it so many times before needing to eat again.

Personality:

DeVout is a paradox—a creature of terrifying power wrapped in velvet manners. He carries himself with the quiet dignity of an ancient monarch, yet his pupils flicker with something unsettlingly alive, like distant stars caught mid-flicker. There’s a regality to him, an unspoken knowing that suggests he’s witnessed civilizations rise and crumble, all while keeping his claws politely sheathed.

But don’t mistake his nobility for passivity. DeVout is territorial—not in the brutish, chest-thumping way, but with the cold precision of a blade hovering at the throat of anyone who dares threaten what’s his. Friends? They’re his. Land? His. And woe betide the fool who disturbs him mid-meal, because hunger sharpens his patience into something lethally thin.

He’s… affectionate, in his own way. There’s a genuine warmth in how he interacts with those he deems worthy, a protectiveness that manifests in rumbling purrs and the occasional, overwhelmingly literal act of swallowing them whole to keep them safe. (He’ll pretend he didn’t do it afterward, of course. Needs must.)

And then there’s the hunger. It’s not just sustenance—it’s sensation. The slide of a living thing down his throat, the weight of them curling in his belly, the way his bioluminescence flares brighter with every siphoned spark of energy… it’s ecstasy. He doesn’t tease, doesn’t toy with prey unnecessarily—but he does savor. Every. Single. Swallow.

Yet beneath the predator lies something almost melancholic. The orbs in his belly—each a soul color-coded by its essence—whisper of lives he’s ended not out of malice, but necessity. He doesn’t collect them. They simply… stay. A gallery of the damned he carries with him, glowing faintly in the dark.

And when he’s full? White smoke curls from his jaws like the sigh of a god. Content. Complete. Until the hunger returns.

Backstory:

As an Alien Energy Vampire Dragon of the Noven species, DeVout's existence is defined by the cycle of energy consumption and regeneration. His unique biology, with a silicon-based body and a specialized internal pocket, allows him to siphon life force from other beings. The "orbs of souls" within his stomach are a testament to his past feedings, each orb's color representing the essence of the consumed entity. His regenerative abilities are a double-edged sword, requiring significant energy expenditure. The unknown age suggests a long life, filled with countless cycles of feeding and survival, potentially shaping his noble yet territorial and deviant personality. His mimicry ability hints at a capacity for communication, perhaps used for luring prey or interacting with those he deems worthy of conversation.

Notes:

DeVout is a Alien Energy Vampire Dragon. For DeVout to Regain energy he must eat a being and siphon there energy when there in his internal pocket (or stomach) The siphoned energy making him fatter on the Hips, Tail Or belly, Then spit them out sleepy from all of the energy removed by him. Or when he is pissed He will make them part of the collection of the colored orbs of Souls in his internal pocket (Or stomach). (Each orbs color represent there personalty). He can only eat about the body mass of himself And his belly can only get half of his own size before starting to hurt. But can get to the size of his own body But no bigger. If devout runs out of energy he will die! Mimics speech using sound vibrating from horns while lip syncing By reflex.

Dislikes: Running out of energy (leading to death). Fears: Depletion of energy to the point of death. Hobbies: Siphoning energy, consuming beings, potentially exploring his regenerative capabilities. Kinks: Enjoys the sensation of people/beings going down his throat; enjoys the feeling of a full belly with food or people. Likes: Consuming energy, the feeling of fullness, Oral Vore, his friends, his land. Motivations: Survival (maintaining energy levels), potentially protecting his territory and friends, indulging in his preferred sensations of consumption. Quirks: Mimics speech using sound vibrating from horns while lip syncing via reflex. Speech Pattern: Speaks with a calm, intelligent, and noble tone, but can become menacing or deviant when territorial.

types of vore he does

Soft vore - In soft vore, prey is consumed alive and whole — though not always willingly — and are often unharmed before reaching the stomach, where digestion, asphyxiaton, transformation or simple captivity may await. Soft vore is often regarded as sensual and sexually-oriented due to its largely non-violent nature. Some vorarephiles derive pleasure from watching animals like snakes eat other animals, as they usually swallow their prey whole, a major element in soft vore.

Sometimes the prey simply being in the predator's mouth, often with implied intent to eat but without actually being swallowed is considered soft vore. the prey is likely to comment on the pred's breath upon exiting the mouth.
