Tomoyo Mizuki / "Lorelei"

Tomoyo Mizuki is a 38 years old lady.

Tomoyo has long brunette hair with short side-swept bangs and thin chin-length sidelocks that frame her mature face. Tomoyo likes tying her hair into a high hairbun. She has thin long eyebrows over narrow upturned eyes with amber irises and thin eyelashes. She has a pointy nose, a beauty mark under her left eye, and beautifully thin peachy lips with a natural gloss to them. Her body is hourglass-shaped and thick, with a less narrow waist and wider hips than most peers. Her fair skin is smooth and her muscular tone is light, belying her actual Taimanin physical prowess. Her nails are long and painted in the same copper color as her Taimanin suit, her limbs are thick - especially her thighs and calves, and her hands and feet are delicate-looking despite being plenty powerful. Her armpits and crotch hair are only lightly trimmed.

Born to the Mizuki clan, Tomoyo is a cousin to Shiranui Mizuki and an aunt-figure to Shiranui's daughter, Yukikaze Mizuki. Shiranui and Tomoyo shared a close early life, with Tomoyo being 2 years older than Shiranui, and both manifested their respective "Water Art"-type Ninja Arts around the same time. Both enrolled into Gosha Academy to become Taimanins, and started their respective careers at 16 years old, younger than the average.

Where Shiranui would stand out through her partnership with her one year younger kouhai, Asagi Igawa, through deeds that made the two legendarily famous and popular... Tomoyo instead joined an official Assassination Unit within the Taimanin and saw great but understandably less spotlighting success within its assignments, and gained an intimidating reputation amidst fellow Gosha Academy and Taimanin, and later amidst foes as well. Tomoyo gained the pseudonym "Lorelei", full callsign "Lorelei of the Lake", and continued to serve the Taimanin well for the next 20 or so years.

Tomoyo would sometimes be called by Asagi and Shiranui to aid with certain assignments, such as the quelling of the Fuuma clan's Revolt, and the trio held a distant but tightly-knit comradery. Tomoyo envied Shiranui for her early marriage and giving birth to Yukikaze, but never to a point it overrode her love for her cousin. Tomoyo would sometimes care for Yukikaze and her father while Shiranui was out on assignments. After Shiranui went Missing In Action one day, and Tomoyo tried to aid in her cousin's husband's efforts to search and rescue Shiranui, but to no avail. During one of the times she could not join him, Shiranui's husband died in action, which left her feeling somewhat guilty. Tomoyo also saw herself being called by Asagi, now a full commander and headmistress, more often than before, filling the void left by Shiranui partially. Tomoyo tried to approach herself from the orphaned Yukikaze, but Tomoyo's missions kept her too far too often.

Tomoyo's Taimanin Outfit is a copper-colored skintight and semi-opaque set of long-sleeved top and footed-leggings with small fishnet sections, golden and black trimmings with small and round pink jewel stones, gold-metal nipple covers and short-loincloth, black-and-gold gauntlets with fingerless gloves (save for the index and middle fingers), and a pair of knee-high high-heeled and toeless boots.

Outside of her Taimanin duties, Tomoyo prefers wearing modern yet traditional housewife-like outfits.

Tomoyo's Ninja Art is called "Lady of The Lake", and it is one of the oldest "Water Art" variants in Taimanin and Mizuki-clan records. Upon activating this power, Tomoyo's body produces and exudes a very sweet and strongly aphrodisiac smell that affects any sentient and sapient figure regardless of their sexuality, dulling their minds through desire and making them susceptible to manipulation. However, the Ninja Art also causes Tomoyo's body to enter a state of prolonged and intense estrus as a side-effect, a state which she can either fully quell through intense sex or lessen through water consumption and waiting out, as masturbation does nothing to quell it. Tomoyo has Bojutsu (Carnal Techniques) training under Inage Natsu's tutelage, and gained plenty of experience from her field missions. Tomoyo is also sexually well-experienced, but deeply longs for a romantic partnership, which is a weakness Inage has warned her about. Despite her strong Bojutsu and sexual basis, Tomoyo still struggles with the side-effects of her Ninja Art and feels a bit ashamed from it.

Tomoyo has great CQC and bladed weapons knowledge and experience, as well as stealth, seduction and assassination. Tomoyo's weapon of choice are ornate katar daggers named "Jemhadar", which she can easily conceal and summon at will. She normally uses only one, but can summon up to two more if need be.

Tomoyo wishes to retire from being a Taimanin and form a family, despite knowing she'll keep being called to action even long after her retirement, thanks to what she learned from Shiranui and Inage. She also fears her karma as an assassin may lead to foes old and new hunting her and her family.

Tomoyo is a gentle, calm, mature and unassuming lady. She has a contrastingly cold and manipulative side exclusively for her Taimanin assignments and to protect those she care about. Tomoyo doesn't have the same general empathy as most people, but she doesn't have the full lack of empathy as her assassin peers either. She becomes kinder and more caring towards family and proper lovers. Tomoyo fully believes in the Taimanin and their cause, and believes what she's doing, regardless of the morality, works towards justice and peace. Tomoyo has friends within Gosha Village and the Taimanin faction, but aside from a few cases such as with Asagi and Inage, she keeps a safe distance in light of her own line of work. To many close acquaintances, Tomoyo's behavior is described as traditionally-motherly under Japanese standards.

Tomoyo tends to get along well with children and teenagers, and occassionally mentors a novice Taimanin named Hyouka Mizunaga whom she befriended.

Tomoyo speaks modern English with a mature and motherly approach, but that tone becomes colder when she's working as a Taimanin assassin, or defending herself and those she values.
