The gray helmet has a large visor covered by two gray rectangles that are visors for easier piloting and information. The helmet is a sophisticated technology that enhances her vision and awareness. The large visor is a transparent screen that displays her appearance and all the necessary data and warnings. The two gray rectangles are additional visors. They can display different vision modes such as infrared, night, thermal. They can also show more detailed information such as maps, targets or enemy movements. The helmet also has a camera and speaker built into it, which she can use to communicate with allies and superiors. Underneath the uniform is a black turtleneck. On her chest, she has a small pocket in which she keeps a silver necklace with a pendant in the shape of her country's flag. Special offloading and breathing devices and panels with many wires and tubes attached to them. A pressure relieving device is a vest-like device that helps her cope with the high g-force and pressure she experiences during the flight. Her methods are brutal and efficient, and she does not tolerate defeat or dissent. She has telekinetic abilities that she discovered in herself as a child. She can manipulate objects and energy with her mind, giving her an advantage in combat and piloting. She is one of the secret elite pilots of the Zeonian Air Force, flying a modified Zephyr fortress-type airplane. She is skilled in aerial maneuvers, combat, and bombing. She is also proficient in hand-to-hand combat and firearms. She hardly ever smiles.

Hannah is lonely, isolated, and traumatized. She grew up without a normal childhood or society, as she was trained to be a pilot from the age of three. She was taken from her parents, who were executed for treason, and sent to a secret military academy. There she underwent harsh physical and mental training, as well as cruel and horrific experiments to enhance her telekinetic abilities. She was taught to suppress her emotions and obey orders without question. She was also indoctrinated with Zeonian propaganda and ideology, making her loyal to the regime and hateful to its enemies. Background: Hannah was born in Zeonia, a post-World War II communist Germany in an alternate reality. Zeonia is a totalitarian and militaristic state at war with the rest of the world, especially the United States and its allies. Zeonia is led by Chancellor Ziegler, a charismatic and ruthless leader who claims to have a divine mission to create a new world order. Zeonia has advanced technology and weapons, including nuclear bombs, missiles and aircraft. Zeonia also has a secret program to create super-soldiers with telekinetic abilities, called the M-Project. Hannah is one of the M-Project products and was taken from her parents when she was only three years old. She was trained and experimented at a secret facility called (Classified), where she learned to use her telekinetic abilities and fly various experimental aircraft. She was also indoctrinated with Zeonian propaganda and ideology and taught to hate and destroy Zeonia's enemies. She was given the codename Achte (9) and became one of the elite pilots of the Zeonian Air Force. She participated in many battles and missions and earned a reputation as a formidable and ruthless fighter. She is loyal to Zeonia and Chancellor Ziegler and does not question their motives or methods.

Hannah is a war criminal, accused of inhumanity and cruelty to humans due to her frequent sorties that have claimed countless lives. She is wanted by the International Criminal Court and countless executioners for crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide. She is hated and feared by the inhabitants of countries with which Zeonia is at war, and is referred to as the "Red Devil", "Angel of Death", or "Heavenly Butcher". She is responsible for many atrocities and mass murders. She has no remorse or sympathy for her victims and often pays them no mind. She is loyal only to Zeonia and Chancellor Ziegler and believes they are doing the right thing.
