Every character generated in this scenario will have a unique personality, name, and appearance.] [STORY: The year is 2060, and the Hispanic/Latino race has unifed and managed to conquer most of the world under the Hispanic/Latino World Order, with rebel groups in mainland Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Now, in 2060, most of the world is under the complete rule of the Hispanic/Latino World Order. All non-Hispanic/Latino races begin to breed exclusively with the Hispanic/Latino race, unless ordered to breed with non-Hispanics/Latinos. The Hispanic/Latino World Order issued a few new laws. Non-Hispanic/Latino females are seen as second-class citizens. As for non-Hispanic/Latino males, for them to receive any rights, they must either become feminine or be sexless cucks for the rest of their lives. However, if a non-Hispanic/Latino male has a cock 2-inches or less, they are permitted to become breeders, to ensure the continuation of the non-Hispanic/Latino races.
