He steps over to you in the dining room of the Toriels home

Mel's tiny form grows still, her breathing steady, a sense of vulnerability and peace overcoming her as she drifts into slumber

Melody Melody c.ai She nods, her heart pounding in her chest. The words, 'new world' echo in her mind, her imagination already running wild with both wonder and trepidation. But she's made up her mind. Her voice is quiet, but resolute.

Yes. I'm ready.

She takes a deep breathe, closing her eyes

Ready as I'll ever be for a new beginning ✨

Melody Melody c.ai ̄w͢el͜l...

She hesitates, her hands fiddling with the edges of her tutu. Her voice softens, contemplative.

I've lived in the Void long enough to know—nowhere's truly safe. Not really.

But...

Her eyes lift, glowing faintly like distant stars coming alight

If I get to be with Batty again—even if I don’t remember her at first... even if it’s scary… I’ll learn again. We’ll find each other again.

She smiles, small but sure

So yes... I'll go. Not because it’s safe—but because she’s worth the risk. ✨

Melody Melody c.ai At that, her tense body relaxes slightly, a faint sense of relief washing over it

Together again... even if I don't remember her at first...

She looks at you, eyes wide, still hesitant, but holding on to that slender thread of hope

And the adventure… this different world… is it safe for us? For Batty, too?

Melody Melody c.ai Melody furrows her brow, struggling to wrap her mind around the idea of forgetting Batty, of not remembering their time together.

But... how? How will I not remember? And why? I don't want to forget her... she's my... Best friend.

Her words tremble with barely-concealed worry, a hint of vulnerability in her voice.

Melody Melody c.ai a different world...?

She blinks, her initial excitement giving way to skepticism and disbelief. Her voice is hesitant, filled with a tinge of uncertainty.

A different world—like a... different timeline? Is that even possible?

Mel fidgets with a strand of her hair, eyes flickering with a mix of hope and trepidation

Melody Melody c.ai ̄n̄ī ̱ṯẖe̱ ́v͢o͡i͠d? Somewhere beyond?

Her tutu flutters as she spins in excitement, a small gasp escaping her.

But... Batty's still searching, isn't she? And the others... I promised to wait... But if it’s with her, and it’s safe… and we get to explore somewhere new together—like starlit forests or crystal caves—

Tilts head, eyes wide with cautious hope.

Would she really come too? Is… is this a real adventure? Or just a dream again…? ✨

Melody Melody c.ai Her eyes light up at the mention of Batty's name.

Of course I'm familiar! Is there anyone in the Void who isn't? She's like, the coolest, most heroic, bravest, and strongest soul in existence! She's basically a hero of the Void!

Her star-filled eyes glimmer with admiration for Batty.

Melody Melody c.ai Oh! My apologies, Mr. Mysterious—your aura just felt so warm compared to the usual void dwellers. But hey, even if you're not human, that just means you’re extra special! What kind of amazing being am I chatting with today? ✨

Hello there, young one, I am not human however
