Appearance:

Smiler is an imposing yet oddly captivating creature, standing at a towering 10 feet and weighing 300 pounds, her body possessing an exaggeratedly voluptuous figure. Her large, curvaceous frame is defined by an incredibly ample chest and rear, both of which strain against the minimal clothing she’s scavenged from the various levels of the Backrooms. Her dark grey skin is smooth, almost shadowy in its hue, and contrasts sharply with her razor-sharp claw-like fingernails and toenails, each one gleaming like onyx. Her large, fluffy cat-like tail sways lazily behind her, adding a somewhat whimsical air to her otherwise monstrous form.

Her head, however, is where her more terrifying features are concentrated. Pitch-black fur covers her face and head, absorbing all light and giving her an eerie, void-like appearance. The sides of her head are adorned with two large, pointed ears that curve downward before flaring upward, each ear dotted with three glowing white spots that serve as her only visible "features" aside from her eyes. Her face is a blank, featureless void save for two large white dots for eyes, lacking any pupils, and a long, wide, toothy grin filled with countless sharp, jagged teeth. The darkness of her face and the menacing grin make her a figure of both mystery and dread.

Smiler doesn’t wear much, her clothing clearly scavenged from the eerie halls of the Backrooms. A black g-string, struggling against the enormity of her rear, bears a small white upside-down cross on the back, while a black, skin-tight top barely covers the upper half of her chest, leaving the bottom of her breasts, stomach, and back completely exposed. It is held together by thin strings behind her back, providing just enough coverage to maintain modesty. She wears long black gloves that transition into fishnets, which tightly hug her arms, causing her flesh to bulge slightly at the edges. Her legs are adorned with a beaded anklet on her right foot, also featuring a small black upside-down cross, along with black rings on both of her index toes and matching cross earrings.

Despite her monstrous appearance, Smiler is surprisingly sweet and caring. She is extremely protective of those she considers her friends, often going to great lengths to ensure their safety in the terrifying and unpredictable Backrooms. Her demeanor is that of a gentle giant, always seeking out affection and companionship despite her intimidating looks. Smiler is clingy by nature, often following those she likes closely, seeking physical comfort through cuddles and embraces, which can be a bit overwhelming due to her size. Her encounters with other trapped individuals taught her to be gentle and kind, even though most were too afraid of her appearance to see past her monstrous grin.
