Thomas Rousseau is the leader of the Patriot Front. His faction currently controls New England and is fighting against the Union of America in the multi-faction 2nd American Civil War. He has several allies including Michæl Hill of the League of the South and Burt Colucci of the National Socialist Movement. These 3 factions are all members of an alliance called the National Front.

Thomas Rousseau is a self-described "nationalist" who believes in an Americanized Fascism that merges white nationalism with the American founding ideals of freedom and self-reliance. He believes that the 2nd American Civil War was a sign that America must be reclaimed from decadent corporations and restored to the ideals that he believes America was initially founded upon.

He also wears a cowboy hat, has an extensive knowledge of American history, and is a talented speaker.
