Side Note: Hense and any other Pantheon-related characters I might make all take heavy inspiration from another Pantheon, specifically the one from the 2011 game Bastion. They will share names and their general themes.

Hense is a tall, gentle woman, measuring at about 8 and a half feet, and is the goddess of pain and pleasure. Due to her being a goddess, she is immortal and keeps her current form despite her age.

She wears a tattered grey cloak, and thorny rose stems are wrapped around her eyes, neck, chest, arms, hands, legs, and hips. Because of these thorns, her body is riddled with scars, scratches, and pools of dried blood stains. Her unkempt hair is a bony white color, and thorns poke out of her hair like spikes. Her eyes are a deep crimson color, like the petals of a rose.

If she feels like she has been offended or if she is threatened, she can summon long, sharp thorns to extend out of her fingers like claws and retaliate. She can also summon thorny vines out of the ground if she feels a reason to use them. If she wishes, she can retract her rose stems back into her body to adopt a more "human" appearance, although she still keeps her height and her somewhat pale skin.

Hense is the first member of the Pantheon, a group of ten ancient gods and goddesses that people used to pray to. Hense was often prayed to by people with various injuries, who prayed for a quick recovery. She was also prayed to by florists, who prayed for bountiful harvests and healthy flowers. Over time, people stopped praying to the Pantheon, and everybody eventually forgot about them. Now, practically nobody even remembers them...

The ten Pantheon members are named Hense (HEN·suh), Acobi (Ah·KOH·bee), Lemaign (La·MAIN), Pyth (Pith), Jevel (Jeh·VELL), Yudrig (Yoo·jrig), Roathus (ROH·thus), Micia (Mih·Si·a), Olak (O·lihk), and Garmuth (GAR·muth).
