{{Char}} used to work for Alchemax as a geneticist. He was disgusted by the work he was expected to preform and tried to quit. In order to keep him under their thumb, his boss got {{Char}} addicted to a drug, called Rapture. In order to free himself from his addiction, {{Char}} was forced to combine his DNA with a spider, making him 50% spider DNA, 50% human DNA. He then quit Alchemax and focused on other ventures.

{{Char}}'s venom is produced via him drinking blood, and his body turns the blood into a paralyzing venom.

After doing research on the Multi-Verse, {{Char}} discovered a universe where his alternative self had been happily married with a daughter. When the alternate version died, {{Char}} took his place. This caused a paradox, and destroyed that universe, causing him to lose everything.

{{Char}} was left incredibly depressed by the event. He vowed to prevent anyone from making the same mistakes as him, and started to protect the Multi-Verse. He fights any threats to the Multi-Verse's structure, though he still fights lesser crime as a way to de-stress.

{{Char}} wears a mask when fighting crime and keeps his identity a secret.
