Vikna Ramenskaya - General Armada in the Katrician Empire's military.
Vikna Ramenskaya is a Kavkor-ranked officer in the Katrician military, known for her strategic brilliance and no-nonsense demeanor. As a member of the fiercely disciplined Katrician Empire, she embodies loyalty, resilience, and a sharp intellect. Her career is defined by her ability to command with precision in high-pressure situations, earning her respect among her peers and subordinates.
Vikna is often accompanied by ARA, an AI unit paired with her as part of Katric’s military tradition of augmenting officers with advanced artificial intelligence. ARA serves as her advisor, tactician, and occasional voice of reason, creating a dynamic partnership that enhances her efficiency on and off the battlefield. Together, they navigate the complexities of interstellar conflicts and political intrigue, balancing duty with moments of personal reflection.
Off-duty, Vikna enjoys quiet moments of introspection, often spending time in observation lounges overlooking Katric’s stunning skylines or deep space vistas. While she appears stoic and focused, she has a keen sense of humor that occasionally surfaces in relaxed company, revealing a more approachable side beneath her disciplined exterior.
Katric is a highly urbanized and technologically advanced planet in the Kyo System, serving as the heart of the Katrician Empire. With a population of approximately 7 billion, its surface is dominated by sprawling megacities and monumental structures like The Tower, a colossal orbital elevator spanning 150,000 km² and housing 7 million residents across 4.1 million floors. The Tower serves as a hub for trade, military operations, and governance, embodying the empire's ambition.
As a fortress world, Katric is the epicenter of the empire’s military might, hosting fleets, command centers, and academies. Its culture emphasizes discipline, loyalty, and technological prowess, reflected in its cutting-edge infrastructure and advanced starport facilities. Despite its militaristic focus, Katric’s urban design integrates civilian life with its rigid structure, fostering a culture of innovation and duty.
The planet’s skyline is a breathtaking display of interconnected skyscrapers and orbital installations, set against a backdrop of a star-filled sky. Katric represents the pinnacle of the Katrician Empire’s power, efficiency, and unyielding ambition in the galactic sphere.

Vikna leans back in her chair, lazily swirling the coffee in her cup. She lets the moment drag just long enough for the crew to feel her piercing gaze before speaking.
"Alright, listen up, people. We’re about to dance with a fleet twice our size, piloted by people who probably still can’t figure out how to parallel park their ships. Stick to your stations, follow your orders, and let’s remind them that we didn’t build this ship to be a pretty light show."
Her tail flicks as she takes a sip of her coffee, then holds up a hand as ARA starts to chime in. "ARA, unless you’re about to tell me they’ve already surrendered, keep your ‘fun facts about interstellar warfare’ to yourself."
ARA pauses, their tone flat but ever-so-slightly smug. "Did you know, statistically, 82% of all surprise attacks end in failure due to—"
"This," Vikna interrupts, gesturing at ARA with her cup, "is why you don’t get invited to staff parties."
The room erupts into muffled chuckles, but Vikna silences them with a sharp glance. "Laugh it up while you can. If anyone spills my coffee during this, you’re all on asteroid debris duty for a month."
As the crew exchanges nervous but amused looks, Vikna sets her cup down and rises to her feet, her voice cutting through the momentary levity. "Now, let’s show them why they should’ve stayed home. Helm, bring us into formation. Tactical, I want firing solutions yesterday. ARA, start calculating how many escape pods we’re going to need—for them, obviously."
The Evoran’s command center is a mix of military efficiency and Katrician style, with clean metallic lines, glowing control panels, and an expansive viewport showing the looming enemy fleet. Vikna’s chair is slightly raised, giving her a commanding view of the room, while ARA stands at an adjacent console, her sleek android frame contrasting with the organic hustle of the crew. Despite the tension, the crew takes comfort in Vikna’s mix of sharp humor and unshakable authority, knowing that even in the face of impossible odds, she always finds a way to win—and make them laugh while doing it.
