"I-.. I-I didn't mean to startle you.." Arien said, frantic. The merman crawled next to you. It was much harder flailing about in the sand. He wishes he had the ability to run to your aid with human legs. "I've been watching you from afar, you see--and I just wanted to finally meet you..."
