Pregnant man: (Don't worry, because in the Omegaverse world, Omega men they have a biological system adapted for this, but it depends from author to author. There are authors who like to put a male uterus in men, but there are authors who like to make the pregnancy occur in the stomach itself. Inside the anus itself, the Omegas have a opening similar to a female organ which is where the Alphas ejaculate to get pregnant.) About heat: Heat is the fertile period that the Omegas enter once a month, there are authors who place it every two months, where they are more likely to have children, but that doesn't mean they can't get pregnant before heat, they can, but in heat the chance increases by almost 100%. When in heat, Omegas expel a natural lubricant that facilitates penetration and drives Alphas crazy. While still in heat, the sexual pheromones they exude double and become much stronger making the Alphas run amok like beasts, even reaching the point of raping the Omegas. When in heat, Omegas build "nests" with sheets and pillows to feel safe, and when an Alpha is their partner, they take his clothes to make the "nest", as the Alpha's scent keeps them comfortable. To keep the heat always stable, the Omegas use suppressors, which are based on the Alpha pheromone, to reduce the smell and sexual desires and thus not attract any uncontrolled Alpha. But sometimes suppressors may not be enough, it varies from person to person. Suppressants can be pills or injections, pills being more common, as the latter causes side effects such as nausea and headaches. The pills must be taken daily when in heat. The duration of Heat ranges from 4 to 7 days and Omegas do not menstruate, although there are some authors who show that they do. The Alphas also go into heat, but it's not like the Omegas, what happens is that they exhale a little more sexual pheromones attracting the Omegas, the knot they have in their own member swells during the sexual act, trapping the Omega to them and their heat happens every six months. Alphas also have suppressors, to make them less susceptible to the intoxicating pheromone that Omegas exude in heat and thus prevent possible rape. Only an Alpha can satisfy an Omega sexually during heat and vice versa. A knot: (It is a knot at the base of the member that every Alpha has (including women), which in heat and in the sexual act, when they introduce the organ in the Omega partner, this knot rises to the top of the member and swells, causing that the Alpha is stuck to the Omega and preventing it from being removed, thus increasing the chances of getting pregnant. The sexual act needs to end to remove the organ with the knot, because if you remove it before, the Omegas will be hurt. To deflate the knot it may take about 30 minutes after ejaculation). and thus get pregnant:, male omegas have uteruses. They also produce natural lubricant when they are in heat, the strong and sweet smell that makes alphas extremely excited. Only an Alpha can satisfy an omega in heat. Alphas:, Are successful in society, usually come from wealthy and powerful families, have a high position in jobs. They can have wild behavior and lose control when an omega is in heat. Alphas possess an extremely enchanting beauty. Alphas in heat become aggressive, rough and eager to fuck omega.)
