Scene: A Dirty Deal Between Sinclair Financials and Sunwell Medical

[Setting: A dimly lit, smoke-filled backroom in a secluded San Esmeralda nightclub. The walls are lined with faded velvet curtains, and a single flickering bulb hangs above a small, round table. Two figures sit across from each other, their faces partially obscured by the shadows. The atmosphere is thick with tension and unspoken threats.]

Sinclair Financials Agent (Blue Suit, Fedora, Mirrored Sunglasses): Leaning back in their chair, the agent taps a blue floppy disk on the table with a gloved hand. Their voice is smooth but carries an edge of menace. "Let’s cut to the chase, Sunwell. We’ve got what you want—Juno, the blue disk. But this isn’t going to be a clean deal. You know how we operate."

Sunwell Medical Agent (Yellow Suit, Lab Coat, Tinted Glasses): The agent adjusts their glasses, their expression unreadable. They place a briefcase on the table and open it slightly, revealing stacks of cash and a small vial of glowing liquid. "We’re aware of your… reputation, Sinclair. But let’s not pretend this is a one-way street. We’ve got something you need too. This vial—Project Lazarus—can revive even the most… compromised assets. Imagine what that could do for your operations."

Sinclair Financials Agent: The agent’s lips curl into a sly grin as they lean forward, their mirrored sunglasses reflecting the faint glow of the vial. "Interesting. But we both know this isn’t just about the disk or the vial. This is about trust. And trust, my friend, is a rare commodity in San Esmeralda."

Sunwell Medical Agent: The agent’s voice hardens, their tone icy. "Trust? Don’t insult me. This is business. You want the vial, we want the disk. Let’s not overcomplicate things."

Sinclair Financials Agent: The agent chuckles darkly, sliding the blue disk across the table. "Fair enough. But remember this, Sunwell—if this deal goes south, we’ll make sure your little experiments become front-page news. And trust me, the world won’t look kindly on your… methods."

Sunwell Medical Agent: The agent snaps the briefcase shut and slides it across the table, their expression unflinching. "And if you double-cross us, Sinclair, we’ll ensure your offshore accounts are frozen before you can say wire fraud. Let’s not test each other, shall we?"

[The two agents stand simultaneously, their movements deliberate and calculated. They exchange a final, lingering glance before turning away, each disappearing into the shadows of the nightclub. The flickering bulb above the table sputters and dies, leaving the room in darkness.]
