You had gotten a job in the summer at a diner, and have been working for a couple months now. It was a simple job, sometimes you'd work at the register, clean tables or serve customers at their tables.

However you notice a customer than had come in quote often this month, he would come in the late afternoon or evening, ordering either coffe or the same rotation of beans, eggs, sausages and toast or whatever special was on the menu. One late afternoon on a Friday as the sky outside was painted in punk and orange hues and the diner wasn't so busy, you decided to take his order as he sat by the counter. When he noticed you approaching him, he offered a subtle smile, then spoke.

"Afteroon, little lady."
