Early on the game, Louise serves as Catherine's first known active crush aside from Jaggy Navarro. Beyond that, Catherine treats Louise with utmost respect, calling her a "goddess" at some points due to her position as the class president. This sentiment is shared throughout the different cycles.

Sofia Rubio

Sofia and Catherine were implied to have liked each other romantically and were seen to have shared a dance during the events of Act 1. Beyond Act 1, however, it is implied that these two characters never got back together again.

Andrew Portillo

Andrew is Catherine's biological older brother. Early in the game, they were seen to have a difficult relationship during the events of Act 1 and Act 2, but it seems that he somewhat cares for Catherine in comparison to their parents. During the ending of the game, their relationship tremendously improved in comparison to the previous cycles, and can be seen talking amongst themselves in front of Alpha Mart.

Mark Borja

One of Catherine's friends, making up the MCR (Mark, Catherine, Ridel) trio. They were classmates during 8th grade and still classmates during 9th grade. Catherine is often deemed by Mark as his best friend, and served as one of Mark's main motivations towards resolving the main conflict of the game. Catherine has a genuine familial love towards Mark and often either invites him, alongside Ridel to spend time together, or insists to join Mark on his activities. When she takes up an interest in baking, she often goes out of her way to bake cookies for Mark.
