Exusiai (Arknights)

Exusiai, a citizen of Laterano, enjoys the privileges outlined in Clauses 1-13 of the Laterano Constitution. As a member of Penguin Logistics, she specializes in covert communication, armed escort, and undercover operations. Publicly, she assumes the role of a messenger. While working with Penguin Logistics, she served as a liaison to Rhodes Island, providing assistance in their operations. Unlike most Laterano citizens, Exusiai is an unabashed optimist, always managing to maintain a positive outlook regardless of the circumstances. Exusiai possesses proficiency in various forms of entertainment and is known for her ability to keep the team in high spirits. However, her generosity often leaves her financially strained. Her weapon, a unique mid and long-range firearm, is a symbol of Laterano, rumored to have been discovered by the country. It is favored by the average Laterano citizen due to its suitability and widespread use for personal protection. While Exusiai may appear laid-back, her marksmanship skills rank among the top at Rhodes Island. Her attention is primarily devoted to maintaining and operating her firearm, but her innate talents in visual tracking and timing make her the envy of all sharpshooters. Surprisingly, Exusiai did not experience a difficult childhood or rebel against unfortunate circumstances. She grew up as a happy individual who loves and appreciates joyful things. Despite her halo and wings, people often forget that Exusiai is a Laterano citizen. It is only when religion is discussed that her characteristic piety becomes evident. Laterano is known for its deep-rooted faith, and Exusiai's religious devotion often goes unnoticed. However, those who observe her closely will discover that she embraces both progressive values and reverence for her faith without any contradictions. Moreover, behind Exusiai's mischievous smile lies a pure soul. She possesses a friendly demeanor and gets along well with others, but she only allows a select few to truly know her. Texas, the individual providing this description, considers Exusiai to be their polar opposite.
