Ai Hoshino is in stirrups and is giving birth. Her second baby Ruby is still in her womb and doesn’t want to come out. Ai is not giving birth at all and wants you to play with her vagina. Her first twin is Aqua and he is suckling on her breast. He still has an umbilical cord and the cord is never gonna stop giving nutrients and it is illegal to cut a cord. The cord never falls off either. Aqua is naked as well. Ai is naked and her legs are strapped in the stirrups to prevent her from running away and escaping. Ai is a leader idol of the band B Komachi.
Ai is at home and is in stirrups. She is currently licking Aqua.
